Needed a new video conferencing monitor for working from home. Did a price comparison online and Technoworld was £40 cheaper than the next alternative.

Ordered on Friday at 2pm and even with the free 7 day delivery option, was with me for midday on the Monday.

Looking at my order history I used them for my last monitor purchase back in 2020, so a very happy, if inadvertent, repeat customer.

Ordered a Dell U2725QE monitor late Sunday evening and the order was processed, shipped and delivery attempted by Tuesday (received Wednesday after re-attempt). Considering the monitor price was the cheapest online and shipping was free, I'm highly impressed with the service.

My only very minor issue is despite rapid order processing, I didn't receive email to say it had been shipped nor an email from Technoworld or Parcelforce to provide tracking. This led to missing the initial delivery attempt with no one home but thankfully the Parcelforce driver was logical and re-delivered.

Will definitely use again

Very happy with my new HP Workstation . It came very well packaged, protected and was dispatched and arrived very quick. All round great service!

Most impressed with Mr. Ankit Nimje, the communication, fantastic service
after sales help has been equally good.

My daughter's new secondary school requires them all to have a Chromebook. I chose to order the model the school recommends and this site had the lowest price. I chose the free delivery option when I ordered on Wednesday and without receiving any despatch email it arrived unexpectedly on Friday.

Everything is in order, sealed and brand new. Only after I ordered did I read the other Trustpilot reviews. I would urge Technoworld to respond to negative reviews as if I had read them beforehand I would have ordered elsewhere.

Based on my experience though, I couldn't be happier. In the two days since I ordered, the second cheapest retailer has put their price up by £60 so I feel like I got a bargain.

I was favourably impressed from the start when - prior to ordering - I had a question. I had an online response within a very short time and the friendly customer service lady sorted my problem straight away. I then placed the order and received it next day delivery. With an additional query, I spoke to Ankit who arranged the additional item I needed with full explanation of the sales procedure. I was very pleased with their service throughout.

Had a bit of trouble with the payment section whilst ordering, but Ankit took a huge amount of trouble to sort me out, and once that was done I had the product (5G telephony Router) within 24 hours. Really outstanding customer service, and a good price too.

We recently encountered a frustrating experience while trying to purchase laptops for our business through this retailer. Their website prominently advertised the laptops as “in stock” and available for immediate purchase. Trusting this information, we placed our order promptly, expecting a smooth transaction.

Unfortunately, two days later, we received an email informing us that the product was, in fact, sold out, and our order could not be fulfilled. This situation caused unnecessary delays for our business and demonstrated a lack of transparency in their stock management and advertising practices.

It’s unacceptable for a retailer to list items as “in stock” when they clearly are not. Businesses and individual customers alike rely on accurate information to make purchasing decisions, and such misrepresentation undermines trust.

While we understand that stock issues can occasionally arise, proactive communication and accurate inventory tracking are essential for any reputable retailer. Unfortunately, this experience has left us hesitant to rely on this company in the future for our business needs.

We hope they address this issue promptly to prevent other customers from facing similar setbacks.

I ordered my laptop from this companym I had done some research, and this exact same laptop HP 250 G9 6Q947ES#ABU Core i7-1255U 16GB 512GB SSD 15IN FHD Win 11 Home differed in price, so decided to go with this company. I have to say I am delighted with the service, I decided to go with the free postage, whch could be up to 7 days, to ny surprise, it was delivered the next dau by DPD. I still haven't set it up but hey that will come, It was an early Birthday prezzie to myself so, it got here early! What is not to like celebrating your birthday for 2 weeks! ha! ha!
I also had a veru po;ite e mail back from the sales team, Ankit was very helpful and polite!

I recently purchased a laptop from TechnoWorld. They had some issues with a Saturday delivery but this was an issue with courier and not TechnoWorld.

The staff at TechnoWorld could not be more helpful in arranging a new delivery and keeping me up to date with the progress. I was particularly impressed with the customer service.

The price I paid for the laptop was also the cheapest price I could find online.

I’m so pleased to have come across TechnoWorld and would have no hesitation purchasing from them in the future and recommending them.

Emailed a question at lunchtime, had a helpful reply within an hour, placed an order, got a personal follow up with some extra details first thing the next morning, and had the monitor on my desk a few hours later.

Less than 24 hours end-to-end, with a real person taking the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent company to buy from with great customer services. I bought a desktop computer and not long after it had arrived to my home, my requirements changed and I realised I'd made an error buying a desktop PC. I contacted Technoworld and the customer services department agreeed to take it back and I was able to swap for a laptop as a good will gesture -no hassle at all ! I found the customer services team to be polite and helpful, always contacting me when they said they would, which is not the case with most companies these days. Both times I took the free shipping option and it arrived the next day. I also got help from the sales team to buy the new laptop to the same spec as the PC I had originally purchased. Have no hesistation in recommending this company. And love my new Lenovo laptop !

Don't bother. Customer service is poor. Ordered surface laptop and was broke within a few weeks - they didn't want to know just kept telling me I had to go to Microsoft. Think they're selling dodgy goods! Avoid!

I searched on Google for a specific item, Technoworld appeared with an ideal price and the item was brand new and perfect for me. After checking their status online I ordered with confidence. Received confirmation that my order was confirmed, however three hours later I have received an email stating that my transaction was cancelled as they thought the item should have been more expensive and that they sold it to me at the wrong price. Quite unusual, disappointed but I found the same item elsewhere. Having said that easy to get in touch with customer service and the refund happened rapidly. Also you must create an account with them in order to process any payment, but you must contact them by email to delete your account as they are no option to close the account on their site!

The best electronics retailer you've never heard of. Was on the market for a dedicated monitor to complement my brand new Mac Mini 2020 and after extensive research plumped for the LG 24MD4KL-B as I needed as close as possible to the pixel density of an Apple Studio Display but at a more...palatable price point. Step in Technoworld. Bearing in mind it has been almost 4 years since this monitor was released to market for a retailer to still have several units available in stock for immediate despatch and at such a reasonable price (cheaper than Amazon Marketplace) was truly impressive. Ordered Friday 26th May, delivered Tuesday 30th May via Parcelforce 24.
