poor service, seem more interested in how many "famous" people they have supporting their site than they do about actually helping anyone

Leaving my original review in its entirety below, I called the help line again, same wait time, somewhat limited time to talk but it helped. The person answering was more caring and present.

At a time of crisis find another place for help, I am as I write this struggling with some serious issues. After a 20 minute wait to speak to some one who just did not seem willing to help.

I was in a situation where I wasn't able to be absolutely specific about the issues I was actually struggling with, but the person I called seemed insistent that I talk about it. Apart from the fact that I thought the details were not pertinent to my depression, it was also largely innapropriate to go there on a call.

The worst thing is I could actually sense the lack of concern or empathy before she dropped the call. Raising a complaint does require that I supply an email address, which might have been ok but there was a warning on the feedback page that for helpline and webchat complaints my details will need to be shared to a 3rd party - I think that says it all, someone is probably treating this as a business, hence this review.

Please heed my words or if you have come here after seeking help there, remember there are other people or services that do actually care. Calm zone - shame on you.

Terrible service. Seems like they don't want to talk to you when you're in a time of crisis. Purposefully disconnected because they didn't want to talk. Left feeling much worse than when I started off. Needs closing down before someone kills themselves.
