The price for delivery is extortionate
The price for delivery is extortionate. !
Free delivery on the website over£500 but not instore. I believe a delivery charge of £99 for delivery to house is out of order

Hi Harry,
We are sorry you are not happy with our delivery charge. Our delivery charge of £99 includes a white glove service which includes delivery to room of your choice, assembly if required and removal and recycling of packaging from your property. Online orders over £500 are a free 'doorstep' delivery so no white glove service is included for online orders.
