I have recently signed a number of new energy contracts with TES - I dealt primarily with Aaron Ryder and also with Keith Burnett - I found them both to be extremely knowledgeable about the energy market and straight forward with their advice. As the market is moving so fast, there is an element of not waiting around, but at no time did I feel I was under pressure to proceed - it is early days for our relationship but so far so good!

I dealt with James mainly he helped me…
I dealt with James walmsley mainly he helped me move my electric over to nearly half price and was extremely helpful, I also dealt with Chris in customer service he helped with some other problems I’d been having, I would 100% recommend this company and would use again in a heartbeat if needed

I have to say Jack Sprawling has been brilliant!
He helped to navigate us through this difficult period. (during the energy crisis) Jack managed to get us a good deal for a 2 year contract. Therefore we don't have to worry about it for a while yet.

Great service
Excellent service - we were given a wide range of available tariffs and were able to select one best suited to our needs. We wouldn’t have been able to locate the supplier and tariff without this help.

In a world where looking to renew your electricity contract, full of underhand tactics, The Energy Supermarket has been a breath of fresh air. In the first instance, even though they didn't owe me an explanation, they opened my eyes to the backhanded way Bionic ran their business (Thank you Jacob). When that contract came to an end I knew that it would be The Energy Supermarket I would turn to for assistance to renew my contract and the process has been transparent and very easy. Luke and Lee were both easy to deal with and professional and at no time did I feel like I was out of my depth. I would definitely recommend The Energy Supermarket. Thank you
