The Farthing Avaliações

Farthing have fab unusual products that I haven't seen else-where. My friends are admiring my new purchases and it is so tempting to keep looking on their website. I also like their honesty in relation to how long it may take to fulfill the order and I have had no problems with their service.

Took a while to arrive but loved my metal bumble bees

Great service. Quoted for shipping to NI very quickly. Once ordered goods were immediately dispatched and arrived in perfect condition. I am really happy with the product I purchased. Thanks

Ordered online ..great website brilliant communication throughout would highly recommend

Fantastic customer service from Elliot. The goods are obviously sourced rather than stocked, but that makes good business sense and I didn’t mind waiting as everything was excellent quality and depicted really well on the site. I will order again!

The item took a while to come however the timescales were clearly displayed on the website so it wasn't a surprise. The item was well packaged and good quality. I got clear tracking information when the item was shipped. I would recommend and I would buy from this Company again

Great product. Great speedy delivery. Great customer service

Item came quickly and well packaged.
It was a lovely metal fox that hangs up in the garden. Very pretty and very pleased with it.

Loved cylinder glass candle holder, really great quality just what I was looking for.

Small business owners are the best!
Excellent customer service any interesting products - it’s a good site for unusual gifts.

The phone number on the website and invoice is fake or wrong, impossible to speak to a real person from the contact list, also the LTD company name is different to the Farthing which comes across as a massive red flag for me.
Took 3 times longer for delivery than listed.
Love helping out small businesses which is why I was super patient but delivery came within a day of me cancelling it due to my PayPal warranty expiring.
Elliot was very personable with his emails and got my item delivered in the end.

There was a delay in me receiving my item but I emailed the company and got a quick and very helpful response. When the goods arrived I was very happy with my purchase.

The fairy steaks for my garden look good and are sturdy. Very good service ..kept informed re delivery
