The Lease Extension Company acted quickly when the clock was ticking for our lease extension. They immediately lined up solicitor, surveyor and the Section 42 notice within a very short time, and were able to get our lease resolved in time. They always reply to emails straight away which is a plus too.

The Lease Extension Company made the experience less stressful, which is what i wanted. Our Freeholder wasn't the easiest person to deal with, everyone we worked with in particular Hannah our solicitor, were very helpful and professional.

First of all contact was always prompt. Whenever we had questions, we had replies quickly, and even if a holding reply they always came back when they said. Each stage of the process was explained before we commenced and time frames given, all of which proved correct. Finally the staff were always polite and courteous when dealing with us and costs came in as expected--just be wary of the other sides costs which are out of everyones control, it will add a few thousands to the overall expense.

They were very helpful in co- ordinating the required advice needed across the different professionals. Clear quotes were obtained and stuck to. Would recommend.
