I have recently purchased a mul cotton 3 piece suit set . no where on the piece was dry clean mentioned, although I checked later and it was mentioned under product care ..but who buys cotton mul clothing and then has to dry clean it..anyway the material post 1 wash had left colour bleeding and was in no condition for wearing..this was worth 5000 /- upon informing them i obviously got the same response that it was mentioned on website to dry clean !
Even a simple orange striped cotton shirt has left some colour! which means that the materials are poor quality, but very expensive and their after care is also expensive if you have to always dry clean them !
a good quality cloth is not one which feels and looks great but is also one that doesn't need too much maintenance or looses colour and gets spoilt after one wear ..that too after its pricey !
buy with Caution !! also their cash back offer of 3000/- or 5000/-
is completely false and a cheating manipulation...its validity is short and one has to buy something worth 8 K in order to use those points ...
Sad that Indians resort to these kind of ways of cheating people.

can there be a review on minus, because trust me these jokers don't even deserve 1 star. Their online delivery, the fabric and quality, and to top it all their return service is absolutely pathetic. No sense of accountability, they are some kind of scamsters. Please do not buy from them they just are absolutely worthless

Poor quality and poor customer service… took the product and money both

I ordered a dress from Loom and requested a size exchange. I handed over the product, received confirmation via SMS, and even the delivery partner confirmed the pickup.

It’s been 4 days now. No exchange delivery. No refund.

The app itself shows that the delivery is delayed, yet customer support says they haven’t received the product. How is that even my problem after confirmed pickup?

Right now, I have neither the product nor my money. I’m literally being forced to chase my own hard-earned money.

No accountability. No clarity. I’m pregnant lady getting stress and anxiety

Worst experience. I bought a kurta pant set for around 8k and in first wear the sleeve was torned. Upon contacting them they asked me to send the dress and instead of exchanging idea or refunding the amount they waited for 2 weeks for fabric to fix the sleeve and now the are saying the fabric is not available so i will get by torned dress back. I wasted so much money on buying clothes from loom and now i am scared to wear them as they are too pretty and delicate to even wear

Very good product and nice quality

I ordered an M size and it fitted well. Next order I again checked the size chart and ordered M but it did not fit. So i changed it for a L. That also did not fit...now Loom is saying we cannot allow exchanges as per policy. The measurements mentioned are standard and not specific to pattern or material. Disgusting to see them making money without being honest themselves or too lazy to mention measurements based on eachvitem type

Bad quality. Tear easily. Sizes vary for same brand. Return policy is very bad. They use a service who bombard with messages even when I tell them I am out of town. Better to try and purchase in local stores and support them than buying the uniforms of bad quality they are selling.

It was a great experience to purchase from here. I love their kurti and I even ordered for my other. Thanks for all of this. Lot's of love.
