I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with The Loom. It has been over 2 months, and my cashback issue is still not resolved. I was supposed to receive ₹5,000 worth of reward points, but only ₹2,500 was credited initially—and now even that amount has been removed from my account.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the customer service team keeps giving incorrect commitments and no real solution. Every time they say it will be resolved “in 48–72 hours,” but nothing ever happens.

This has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m unable to use the points I was clearly promised. For a brand like The Loom, such poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping with them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from The Loom. I received a dress labeled “Shilpi,” not The Loom, and found the exact same product on Myntra for almost one-fourth the price. This feels completely misleading.

Fabric and customer service are very bad. Quality f fabric went downhill over the years. whole Dupatta you can sueeze into your palm to hold it is that thin and flimsy. Their quality control is so bad that there are rips in dupatta. Price of those clothes not justifiable. they lost their loyal customer for ever.

They dont even disclose of additional shipping/import duty charges during the purchase. The prices in the website are already HIGH, and after you purchase International order, you get slammed with additional money else your purchase will be kept hostage

As a company, they owe transparency to customers by providing estimated total before payment for the customers to decide.

They are just used con the customers and trying to grow business, this is not a sustainable model.

Customers be aware, stay FAR away from this website. There are many other genuine sites that can help you stay happy without giving a ding to your wallet

Worst experience from this site LOOM.
They show u beautiful suits in pictures & fabric written in description is high quality material like chanderi cotton and silk
So I ordered 2 suit sets and 1 dupatta …Prizes are so so high and They provide worst fabric which u can buy roadside in 20-40/-mt …Shiny rough synthetic material …which after wearing can cause itching and rash also…
And I returned their suits of 7k was not not even worth for 1k ….
Then THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR REFUND EAILY 👎👎👎👎….It has been 22 days after return but I dint get refund and they send a mail daily that u will get in 24-48 hrs but since last 20 days they dint do …FRAUD ALERT :LOOTERA BRAND :CHOR SITE 👎👎👎🦠🚨🚨🚨

The loom store is very good for women clothing so I love it 😉

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been buying from them for years. This time I had to pay 86$ at delivery which I was not informed at purchase for a 100$ kurta . They were refusing to ship it back to an India address. They said it will be disposed in 5 days if I don’t pay the 86$. So I was forced to pay and they did not refund even a little bit of that as a courtesy. Once they get their money, they wash their hands off whether you get the product or not. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are other amazing Indian clothing sites with great customer service .

I didn’t even wanted to give. They charged me so much money claiming it is silk and it is cheap fabric which I won’t even purchase for $1. It’s disgusting how they loot money

They should change the company name to Chor. The photos and descriptions of the items don't remotely match the items they send. The fabric they claim the items will be made of aren't present and the things they send better resemble cheap 4th or 5th copies you would get for 500 rupees in some side street.

Bought 3 pair of suits and really regretted! The fabrics used were cheap and the quality was bad and sizing wasn’t according to the size charts. The stitching quality was horrendous! Very disappointing and waste of money!

I purchased dress for puja, as 9days colour. But I received the order after 12 days of puja and the colour I ordered was very different from website it was blackish red andmy order was blood red.But there response was very bad they are not listening anything either late order or they had given wrong product. Because the label also idls not from the loom it is( shilpi)

I ordered 3 outfits worth $275. They shipped it through DHL. Now DHL wants me to pay $3700 as duty. When I tried talking to the Loom they told me i have to pay the duty . Why can't they just return the package and pay mey money back. Totally fraud. Don't order.

I bought a supposed weighted vest which was cheap and oily made. When I tried to return it, "customer service" stopped replying to my emails. (No listed phone number) DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS RETAILER.

Not at all customer centric and all marketting discounts are misleading just to to trap you into the purchase saying Cashback and all.

Do not fall for the cashback . It’s a total rip off
I purchased 5 sets from loom hoping for cash back offer of 5000. Loom cancelled one of the products and mentioned can’t offer cash back due to cancelled product and said would they can provide the cash back offer only if I made another purchase worth the cancelled product .

Now they gave me only $1500 cash back instead of 5000 . Pathetic company

I purchased from Linens Loom from Facebook, just loved the clothes. When i paid through Paypal the company was Fioboc and no email confirming my purchase was received let alone a shipment time. I did get and order number though. When i looked up the Fioboc web site there was nothing relating to what i purchased. After contacting Paypal a dispute was raised and they at least refuded money although i am still waiting for the amount to come through.ALL VERY DISAPPOINTING BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY IT'S NOT WHAT IT APEARS. The garments showed were gorgeous. WHAT A SHAME!!!
