BEWARE…. They seem like a very reputable company…. But alas they are more than happy to completely rip you off! I (naively) bought a ruby from them which I was told originated in India and was a natural ruby, even received certification of the same from the store. I had it valued by a gemologist and discovered my $800 ring was worth less than $100 and was not in fact natural had been enhanced with glass.. lesson learned to do my homework, not be so trusting even when the company has a good reputation. Hope my experience helps others avoid the not very nice trap. Happy day to anyone reading ;)

I purchased a lot of my party wear in The loom ,personally i like it very much .it's fulfilled my needs in dressing .must recommended for relatives .specially I like maternity wear very much .it's very comfortable to wear while i spending time with my babies .

I recently bought earrings from them. They looked really bad ( like worn out). When I reached the customer support they said it was the issue of the brightness of light but not the product. I wish there was an option to upload picture of the earrings to get a better idea of what I’m talking about ( it had black marks over the gold coating). Do not buy jewelry from them.

Don’t fall for this misleading cashback offer. I made a purchase worth ₹8,500 thinking I’d get ₹5,000 cashback, which I could use to get my next outfit free. But here’s the catch — to redeem the cashback, you need to spend a minimum of ₹5,999, and even then, you can only use ₹3,000 of the cashback, not the full amount.

It honestly feels like a trap. I bought a few pieces thinking I could complete the set later using the cashback, but now I’m stuck — either spend more or be left with an incomplete outfit.

Loom, this is one of the most disappointing marketing tactics I’ve come across. Definitely not falling for this again.

Totally fraud, I ordered suits in 2 quantities but received one only, I share unboxing video as well but still they are denying their fraud, no one is accepting the fault, I paid high money, No one is helping their support never pick the call, on the name of business they are doing fraud, its request that don’t purchase anything from loom because if customer have proof of unboxing video and they still denying their fault so what could you expect now from them?

Absolutely terrible experience.
I had high hopes ordering from Loom, but I’ve never been more disappointed with an online purchase. The clothes I received looked NOTHING like the photos — cheap fabric, poor stitching, and definitely not worth the price. One item looked used, and another was completely misrepresented as Chanderi silk — it’s laughable how wrong it was.

To make things worse, customer service was completely unhelpful. They advertise "hassle-free returns" but make it a nightmare — asking for photos, deadlines, and even making customers pay for returns. I’ve ordered from brands like Indya, Azaa, and Kalki, and never had to deal with this kind of nonsense.

Save your money. This site is a scam hiding behind pretty pictures and fake promises.

Please stay away ..Don't fall in the trap !! Too over priced for the quality!
Specially if you are an international customer, please be aware of their return and exchange policy as well all the extra you will have to pay as a customer. whether you are receiving it or sending it back

Very disappointed with the way they lure customers into cash backs on bulk shopping & then when it comes to using the cash back they start their terms & conditions.
I shopped for a cash back of 3000.
When wanted to apply they said half amount at a time on a min order of 4999.
Ok .. then they credited 2000 after regular reminders. Again I reminded them it has to be 3000... then another 1000 was credited ..
I placed an order & wasn't sure about it so canceled it that very day.
No delivery, nothing...
When I wanted to place the order again ..they said I can't used 1500 cash back as I cancelled the order... so what ..I hadn't received the order or got any products.

Now for the remaining 1500 they say u can use only 750 at a time .. where I have their messages stating 1500 in 2 parts out of 3000 for a shopping of 4999.

Very very discouraging...

Pathetic customer service at their Saket Store. So rude staff. Will never buy again.

The worst place to shop…the material what they mentioned and send is completely different. It is polyester fabric. Please don’t fall in their advertisements.. they charge a hell.. their return policy is extremely bad and customer care is much more pathetic. They charge for return shipping. Please don’t become a prey for their cheap products.

Extremely disappointing experience — poor quality, false advertising, and terrible customer service

I ordered an item that was advertised as Chanderi Silk, but what arrived was clearly cheap polyester — not even close to what was described. The garment was also damaged, with unstitched and pulled areas right out of the packaging.

Despite everything being agreed over WhatsApp prior to payment, the seller went back on their word once the item arrived. They even claimed the damage was due to me trying it on — which I didn’t, as it was immediately obvious the product wasn’t what I ordered.

Now they’re asking me to pay for return shipping, plus duties and taxes, with no guarantee of a refund. I’m not willing to throw more money at a seller who has already misled me.

International buyers beware: they don’t make it clear that you will be responsible for import duties and taxes. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

If you care about quality and service, look elsewhere — I recommend sticking with reputable platforms like AZA who actually understand both.

Quality is pathetic - Just got my stuff that I had ordered online. I paid more than 200$ for 2 suits and quality of both the suits is really low. Paid extra for the duppatta for each of them and the those are also bad quality.
I have bought better stuff from Amazon. The good thing with Amazon is it’s easily returnable. From what I am reading now from other reviews, return is a big hassle. Wish I had read these reviews before. What a waste of money!
