Wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase. Buyers please stay miles away from this shop or online purchase. They will just wait till you transfer the funds and then months together your items are not delivered.Fraudulent sales 100 percent as I bought a set for ₹3500 ,2 years ago and the same item is on the sale now saying flat 50% the original cost it says ₹ 7000 whereas it was ₹3500 only then. So stay away from them.

I had the worst experience of my life with this brand "The Loom" awful customer service and pathetic refund process.

They had received the products 8 days ago, firstly their executive said once the product is back with the team, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours which was later turned into 24-48 hours... Now even after 8 days no refund no update from the company.

They hardly pick up the calls and if they do, they don't have any solution or senior staff around to address the issue.

This is a serious problem and fraudulent act by the company who deliberately keep customers money for days and weeks.

Highly disappointed with this unprofessional behavior.

Very poor customer service.I bought more than 12000 worth of clothes 2 months back and the cashback which is advertised on their website has still not come through. Even after repeated emails nothing.

Horrible!! If you return they deduct rs 100 its not written at the product but somewhere in website where you have to find!! One word SCAM! Stay away

The loom collection is very nice,not only that their collections are High quality and the price is reasonable for us .

Pathetic customer care and their response to the queries. Very bad quality products and they credit your refund in their wallet even if you select bank refund....

The quality & customer support are poor & cheap. The green pants arrived with holes, the shrug lost colour in one hand wash, the quality of the other clothes are also not as per photo look on website. don't bother. Overpriced for cheap shit.

I have never had such a bad experience with any company as i have with The Loom. I was visiting India from the US and decided to order a few dresses from them. I received one dress which was part of my order but was labelled incorrectly. On my order history this particular item showed as in processing and another item which was not delivered showed as Delivered. Since the order was cash on delivery the amount charged for the delivered item was 400 rupees more than the actual cost of the item since it was labelled incorrectly. When i reached India and opened the package i did not like the dress and wanted to initiate an online return but i could not since the item that i had received was still showing as processing. I tried to call The Loom customer care but they were closed for 3 days for Diwali as a result of which the return window for my order was closed. I have been in touch with a Rep named Bimla for last 10 days and my request was only to return the item that i had received. She and i have been emailing back and forth and i have sent her images of the item i have received and in the meantime since the other 3 items were delayed and i would not receive them in time so i cancelled them. I am back in the US and i see an email from Bimla saying they are going to ship the item to me. My question is did she not understand what my request was. Then i got another email from the company saying they have shipped the dress that i have already received. I emailed her back saying if you cannot initiate a return for the product that i have requested please do not ship out anything else since i am not in the country to receive it. I also attached a screenshot of the email i got saying that another piece of the item that i am trying to return has been shipped to me again. I also mentioned to her that i paid 400 Rupees more for the item received since it was labelled incorrectly and secondly if she could not help with my return request to not email me back and waste my time. I will never ever do business with this company. I usually don't write such lengthy reviews but i am so frustrated with the service received that i needed to let anyone know who plans to order from this company to be prepared for such a situation if they have to make a return or exchange.

Very poor customer service. They will just keep repeating themselves on custom and duty charges. Rest everything remains unanswered. If you are willing to pay $200 or more ,don’t buy from them. Their stuff is also not worth the price.

Worst customer service. Had ordered Kurthi which showed sale on website but when I calculated, actually I was paying the full price. So I cancelled my order right away. Still have not received my refund yet. When I contacted them by email ‘Nainika’ said it will take 24-48 hrs, now says 72hrs and it has crossed 72hrs have not heard anything from them yet. Never buy goods from them

Wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase. International buyers, please stay miles away from this shop. I placed a massive order, zero communication from their end. After repeatedly chasing, they then sent email about my order and dispatch details (after 4wks of placing the order). You also have to pay your own import tax (small prints) which is a total rip off. So in total, a sale is really not a sale when you are paying more than what it’s worth. Will never shop from them again. Worse experience ever.

Very bad company doesn’t deliver on time and custom Service is soo bad they don’t attend to customers

The prices are inflated by over 100 percent. They are just the aggregators. Buy it from the stores which to be fair are available online as well. Do a simple Google lens search of the product and it will take you directly to the seller. Their selling price is almost half to what is sold on The Loom.

Don't go by the endorsement by the celebs, as I am sure they have a totally separate line of apparels for them.
