No military discount in UK and Europe

Had to follow up with a service agent because my original query wasn't answered in the timeframe indicated and the answer was that they only provide military discount in the US. Will be looking at other brands for the kit I need.

At the moment, we unfortunately do not offer this type of discount in the UK or the rest of the European market. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate team. We are actively working on implementing similar programs for Europe in the future, but we are not able to give a launch date yet. For now, this option is only available in the United States, since different Thule markets has different sales policies. We completely understand your frustration, and we are sorry that we could not provide the discount you were hoping for. Your feedback is important for us in order to review such shortcomings.

I prodotti sono ottimi e resistenti. Ottima facilità di reperimento parti di ricambio.
Il supporto tecnico risponde velocemente e quando ho avuto il problema con una spedizione in ritardo , è bastata una mail a cui è seguita una risposta di presa in carico dopo due ore e il mio pacco è arrivato a destinazione.
Hanno subito contattato il corriere per far sbloccare la spedizione.
Assolutamente consigliati e i prezzi sono onesti.

Squeeking Thule Omnistor 5200

I contacted Thule via their website to ask if they have a solution for the squeeking issue we hsve with our awning. Within half an hour i received a reply informing me that a package will be sent to my home addres with the solution. That is what i call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Thule.

The product is not fit for purpose (for Honda CRV).

Revised review - after exchanging for alternative brand.

Whilst the roof bars are well build / designed - the fitting for a Honda CRV 2018 - 2023 is not fit for purpose.

The design leaves the locks redundant, with the ability to remove the whole rack by simply undoing 8 screws.

Check the fitting for your car before purchasing - I did, but the approved solution is not suitable and Thule advised this was down to Honda.

Kein Verständnis

Wenn man für eine Markise von 2012 nicht mal mehr eine kleine Ersatzfeder (Cent-Beträge) des Einrastmechanismus erhält und deswegen die Markise unbrauchbar ist, so habe ich dafür kein Verständnis.
Aber mit dieser Methode läßt sich natürlich der Gewinn und Umsatz des Unternehmens steigern.

Ich werde mich daher in Zukunft von allen Thule Produkten distanzieren. Die nächste Markise wird nicht mehr von Thule sein.

Très bien, suite à mes questions diverses sur le site, j'ai eu des réponses précises, rapides et professionnelles. Je recommande vraiment les produits Thule malgré le prix plus élevé que la concurrence, mais cela reste un produit sûr et durable dans le temps

Il serait souhaitable de préciser que les coulisseaux filetés sont vendus par sachet de 4, cela m’aurait évité de commander 4 sachets.

Cela fait 40 ans que je me sers du matériel Thule pour la voiture c’est du top qualité.

Service complètement nul

Service complètement nul, un mois pour recevoir la commande, incapable de gérer les problèmes et de trouver des solutions, alors que le partenaire Suisse de Thule chez qui j'ai "doublé" la commande m'a livré en 48 heures !! Pourquoi la maison mère ne fait pas appel à son partenaire afin de remplir ses engagements: mystère ! Par ailleurs le site internet sur lequel on commande NE PERMET PAS DE SUIVRE SA COMANDE ET DE FACILEMANT ENTRER EN CONTACT POUR RECLAMER

Lack of replacement parts

Having damaged the lid of our box, Thule are unable to replace or repair it.
Having also previously enquired I understand this is not something Thule can do, sadly meaning the roof box will have to be thrown away.
Sustainability not being high on their agenda.

Mangelhafter Ersatzteilservice - keine Nachhaltigkeit

Produkt: Thule RoundTrip (799,95€). Nach dem Verlust des linkes Rear Wheels bei der letzten Flugreise, habe ich das Rear Wheel Set als Ersatzteil bestellt. Nur leider lässt sich das Rear Wheel ohne das -inzwischen nicht mehr auf der Ersatzteil-Zeichnung (homepage) aufgeführte- "Ersatzteil 15" nicht an der Hartschale verschrauben. Die Schrauben wurden ebenfalls nicht geliefert. Auf mehrfache Nachfragen bei Thule wurde angegeben, dass das Ersatzteil 15 nicht bestellbar sei. Verrückterweise ist das Rear Wheel Set als Ersatzteil damit für die meisten Reparaturfälle obsolet. Dass Thule ein einfaches Ersatzteil für die Verschraubung des Rear Wheels an der Hartschale nicht anbieten kann ist schlechter Ersatzteil-Service und einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht angemessen und sehr enttäuschend. Eine sonst neuwertige RoundTrip ist nun nicht mehr zu verwenden. Gemäß dieser Erfahrung ist Thule im Hinblick auf Nachhaltigkeit und Reparaturservice absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Thule make use of cheap delivery services even when you pay for delivery.

I ordered a simple small item ( A KEY)
Dated ordered 6th January 2026. A month onwards and I still have not received my order. JUST FOR A KEY !!!!!!

Apparently their courier warehouse burnt down! SHAME! Nobody informed me. I have to chase them to get the confirmation that my KEY was burnt !

Next they use another cheap scape courier service in GLS, send me a track number 9 days ago, and the item is still sitting in FRANCE !!! Let me guess their warehouse got FLOODED by a storm !!???

Imagine I had ordered something far more expensive. Not in a million years will I do that!

Hice el pedido el 27 de diciembre y no llegó hasta el 10 de enero aproximadamente. Intenté contactar con el servicio al cliente varias veces y la respuesta y el trato no fueron los esperados de una empresa como Thule.
