Items came very quick - was simple process choosing the perfect size boxes on the website (was just 1 size I didn't manage to find but the website does offer an option to tailor make these!). I used the size guide to show me all the available options! Only issue is...I wish I'd ordered more, i think a lot have sold out over the Black Friday sales! Great quality and perfect for storing presents under the xmas tree, without the need for wrapping! I ordered white and black boxes and just tied a bow around for a simple but expensive look! This is my cheat code every year now!

Ordered 6 boxes got 2!
I ordered 6 large boxes and they sent me 2! I don’t understand how someone could possibly send 2 boxes instead of 6. They only have one job to do, pack the order! I am so irritated as I run a business too and these boxes were to be used for one of my new stockist. They delayed the whole process and make me look incompetent with my new stockist. I sent an email on Saturday telling them of the error and got an email from customer service today asking for photos! I’m fuming, I have sent the photos as they want to investigate (wasting my time). I am never buying boxes from them ever again! I hope for their own good they send my boxes or refund me for my remaining 4 boxes! Avoid st all cost. Imagine if I ordered 100 boxes, they would have sent me 6 and ask me for photos as proof! Avoid company at all cost!

I’m very sorry to hear that four boxes were missing from your order. As we tried to explain during our phone conversation before the call was cut-off, this was likely a simple case of human error—where the boxes were set aside ready to be packed but were accidentally overlooked. We can only apologise that this occurred.
I can see your email reached us on Saturday. As we’re closed over the weekend, my colleague responded at the first opportunity today. We request images of the outer packaging/how the order was packed so we can investigate the issue with our warehouse team, identify who packed the order, and work to prevent similar situations in the future.
We always try to respond to emails as quickly as possible during our business hours, typically within 24–48 hours. During particularly busy periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the run-up to Christmas, responses may take slightly longer, though we still aim to reply within 72 hours. Your email with the images arrived at 1:28pm, and my colleague replied at 3:57pm—well within our 24-hour response window.
We’ve also upgraded your delivery to a next working day service for the inconvenience caused.

Ideal gift box
These boxes, although they could have been slightly smaller, were ideal to gift my hand painted Christmas baubles in. I filled them with a little shredded paper to nest them in.

Paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive terrible customer service i was told that they would refund my postage cost then they went back on their word and nit send me a refund.
I will not use this company again

I’ve reviewed all correspondence and the tracking information for your order.
Your order was dispatched on 13th November via DPD’s next working day service. DPD collected it the same day, but the parcel was held on 14th November and the tracking was not updated after that point, so it is considered lost.
We raised an investigation with DPD, and our customer service team offered either a refund or a replacement. I can see that you chose the replacement, which was shipped on 17th November and delivered on 18th November.
As my colleague explained, our policy is to refund the difference between the next working day service and the tracked courier service if there is a delay, or to offer a replacement or full refund if the parcel is lost. Since you chose the replacement, a refund would not usually also be issued.
However, on this occasion, I have also issued a refund for the difference between the next working day service and the tracked courier service. This will come back to the original payment method used, within 2-5 working days. I’m unsure who advised you that this would be done as well as a replacement, and I can only apologise for any confusion that was caused.

I apologise that your order arrived in multiple deliveries. We send everything out under one consignment number, even if it's in various boxes; however, this may be assigned to different drivers once it reaches the delivery depot due to space restraints.

Extremely disappointing and misleading…
Extremely disappointing and misleading experience
I ordered sample boxes with logo branding, but they arrived without any logo and damaged. I contacted the company and was told I could receive replacements or a refund. Later, they said they would remake the branded boxes — but suddenly asked me to pay £200 for just 4 boxes, which is unacceptable.
They also claimed there's a minimum order of 100 boxes for printing, yet on their website you can easily select custom branding for sample boxes, with no warning about minimum quantities. The communication was inconsistent, misleading, and extremely frustrating.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.
