Charged full price for sale item, received defective boxes
I ordered 3 large Kraft magnetic boxes, which were a special discounted price at 2pm via email. I was charged full price. One of them doesn’t close at all, the magnets don’t line up, another one has a dinted corner and looks messy, only one of them is to standard. I ordered other sizes as well, and have ordered these same boxes in the past which were better quality. Disappointed to get “sale” and defective items at full price. I did contact them via email straight away and I never received a response. Order number: TBC1315251

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with this order. Unfortunately, you have not provided an order number or any contact information, so I cannot look into this further.
Edit: Thank you for providing the order number. I cannot see that any emails have come through to us from the email address provided on your order, which is why you haven't received a response. If you want to forward the email on again to hello@tinyboxcompany.com with images of the issues, a member of our customer service team can look into this and get it sorted for you asap.
Regarding the pricing - I have had a look and can see that you were charged more for these boxes. This could have happened if the item was in your basket before the flash sale went live as the basket would have needed to be re-loaded to show the correct discount. I have also seen that you used the Black Friday promotional code. You wouldn't have been able to use both of these promotions at the same time; however, I have issued the difference in payment to the original payment method used. This should be with you within 2-5 working days.

Beautiful paper but bad delivery
Beautiful paper, delivered very quickly, but the box was soaked through when it arrived (on a dry ish day? Perhaps it had fallen in a puddle?) and the paper was slightly damaged in consequence.

I am sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet; I cannot see that you have contacted us regarding this before leaving a review.
I can see that this was dispatched on the 26th November, on the 2-5 working day service, giving Evri until 8pm on the 3rd to deliver and be on time. I have checked the tracking and can see that this was marked as delivered on the 3rd December at 1:19pm.
We offer additional delivery options, which you can select from at checkout.

Thank you for the review. We're sorry - due to the current climate, prices, unfortunately, have had to rise. This hasn't been done since April 2025, and before that, it hadn't happened for a few years, as we have done our best to keep the prices the same. Despite this small increase in April, we have still kept our prices incredibly low and offer price breaks on most of our products!

Xmas presents cheat code!
Items came very quick - was simple process choosing the perfect size boxes on the website (was just 1 size I didn't manage to find but the website does offer an option to tailor make these!). I used the size guide to show me all the available options! Only issue is...I wish I'd ordered more, i think a lot have sold out over the Black Friday sales! Great quality and perfect for storing presents under the xmas tree, without the need for wrapping! I ordered white and black boxes and just tied a bow around for a simple but expensive look! This is my cheat code every year now!
