First order sent wrong and 1 piece missing, boxes weren’t quite as expected. Replacement order (matchbox) arrived too late so not a great start.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that there was an issue with the order. I can see that a replacement order was sent out on the 23rd December on the 2-5 working day service with Evri and was delivered on the 27th, which was within their delivery timeframe.

I ordered a flat box appx 270mm x 400 x…
I ordered a flat box appx 270mm x 400 x 40. . . It was sent in a box not much bigger without any notification of being fragile? For god sake, its an empty box and very very prone to being squashed, even fragile or don't crush on the outer packaging would have been something, . . . But nope, nothing and my box was crimped on two corners, not exactly what I wanted as a presentation box for a gift that I was putting into it,. . . . I've not contacted the Tiny box company yet due to Christmas and new year but I will be airing my views with them.

We’re very sorry that your box arrived damaged and understand how disappointing this would be, especially as it was intended for a gift. While our boxes aren’t classified as fragile items, they should always be adequately protected in transit, and we apologise that this didn’t meet the standard we expect.
We did reach out to you directly, reviewed the images you kindly provided, and raised this with our warehouse team to prevent a recurrence. Although you advised you weren’t seeking a refund, we’ve issued a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps us improve.

Always a timely delivery, and a great quality product. They are an especially good choice for small-scale buyers, who are not buying in bulk. Would rate them 10/10, and I've been using them for 7 or 8 years now.

I have checked our system and cannot see that you contacted us about this issue before leaving feedback.
I’ve reviewed your order and can confirm it was placed on Friday, 12 December, after our warehouse had closed. As we are closed over the weekend, the order was processed and dispatched on Monday, 15 December using Evri’s 2–5 working day delivery service.
Based on Evri’s tracking, delivery was completed on 20 December at 10:05am, which falls within the delivery window provided by the courier.
If you ever believe there’s a problem with your order or delivery, please contact us directly so we can investigate straight away. If an issue is found, we’re always happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
