I have checked our system and cannot see that you contacted us about this issue before leaving feedback.
I’ve reviewed your order and can confirm it was placed on Friday, 12 December, after our warehouse had closed. As we are closed over the weekend, the order was processed and dispatched on Monday, 15 December using Evri’s 2–5 working day delivery service.
Based on Evri’s tracking, delivery was completed on 20 December at 10:05am, which falls within the delivery window provided by the courier.
If you ever believe there’s a problem with your order or delivery, please contact us directly so we can investigate straight away. If an issue is found, we’re always happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Perfect for holding cards.
These tiny boxes are just right for presenting special cards. I make my own mixed media cards and the boxes I have ordered fit an A5 card exactly. I make a little satin cushion to go inside and then sit the card on the top and it means it is presented in a very beautiful way.

Perfect boxes for gifts at reasonable price
Perfect boxes for gifts I bought of all different sizes. Very good quality and despatch was very quick. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely use this company again as I am super impressed.

Perfect boxes with packing tissue which is great good for putting pictures in with protection..
Fantastic product makes all the difference when a massively time consuming gift can be delivered in a safe and perfect box.
