THEORIE Green tea shampoo from USA it is very good shampoo but almost 1 year they don’t have this shampoo in TK Maxx，I hope that will order more

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ein Ohrring aus einem Set, das ich für ca. 17 € gekauft habe, ist direkt beim ersten Gebrauch kaputtgegangen. Ich bin mit dem Kassenbon und dem beschädigten Ohrring zurück in die Filiale gegangen.

Ich wollte den Defekt erklären, aber man sagte mir sofort nur „Nein, wegen Hygiene“ und wollte sich meine Erklärung nicht einmal anhören. Ich spreche Englisch und die Mitarbeiter Deutsch, aber ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass überhaupt versucht wurde, mich zu verstehen oder mir zuzuhören.

Ich finde es besonders enttäuschend, dass nicht einmal versucht wurde, eine Lösung für einen offensichtlich beschädigten Artikel zu finden. Ich habe mich nicht ernst genommen und nicht respektvoll behandelt gefühlt.

I've never had a problem in this store up until recently. My last 3 times ive visited the store, one of the times was a young lad, the other two times was the same young girl.
They definitely need training on customer service, especially working on the tills.
No thank yous. And miserable attitudes. I work in retail myself and wouldn't dream of serving customers the way they have.

I shopped today in TK MAXX and as usual the service was excellent. I shop a lot in TK MAXX and I’m always able to find what I want at very reasonable prices and excellent quality.
I would like to make reference to Gurinder a member of staff who on numerous occasions has assisted me and also gone out of her way to assist me. I’m sure she is a valued member of staff. All staff are friendly and supportive that is why TKMAXX is one of my main shops that I use and will continue to do so.

Customer service is great , Good Bargains available

No customer care at all. I bought heavy item and asked to help me to bring it to the car. The answer was "we are not allowed to leave the store and it is not heavy at all".
When I will do the shopping there?!

Ein Stern ist auch zu viel! Ich habe 4 Artikel bestellt. Ein Artikel ist angekommen der Rest war nicht im Paket. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice können sie mir nicht weiterhelfen weil das nicht ihr Problem sei? Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt ich bekomme auch keine Rückerstattung. Habe den Fall natürlich an den Konsumentenschutz weitergeleitet! Frechheit!

Brauchen jetzt nicht schreiben, dass ich mich an den Kundenservice wenden soll. Das habe ich bereits 3 mal und jedes mal bekomme ich als Antwort, dass das nicht ihr Problem sei :)

Found a great bargain on brand-name luggage today. After going to two other stores, this one was definitely the best buy.

If there is a minus 10 option rate this company , I would really do it , it’s not enough that the quality is cheap and is almost the price of the original brand price ! But also you can’t get break down VAT receipt when you needed after you pay at the till you won’t get it you will be asked to contact the head office by email and you wait 28 days for your VAT invoice to be emailed ! What a joke ! If you are a trader and you bought items for your business or uniform you won’t get VAT invoice , this is what happen to me at South Ruislip branch and I was told by the manager names IFFY to contact the head office to get VAT receipt which an ice cream van can provide if you asked for it . Loren and hardy world .

No one cares, I have been a loyal customer for years but have had enough now. I just started to use a bag that I bought recently and the strap broke straight away with a few assays use . All day I have been slaked for photos which I provided and still no resolution. Not happy

TK Maxx always has the right product for the right gift I need to give. Such a good range and reasonable prices. It's my go to store when I need something.

Last time Tkmaxx sent a different dress than I ordered, today I received two different earrings, online shopping at TKMaxx is becoming frustrating.

Gone downhill. No rewards available anymore. Dissapointing
