I deposited $123 and traded normally: I placed buy orders, waited for them to fill, then placed sell orders and waited for those to fill. I was scalping. I did not coordinate trades with anyone or manipulate trading volume.

After I had withdrawn around $115 in profit, Toobit restricted my account. Support accused me of coordinated trading and artificially inflating volume, yet they have not identified a single order that supposedly proves it. To me, this feels like an accusation made without showing any evidence.

They say I can withdraw my principal, but the platform currently lets me withdraw only $8. They have not clearly explained that calculation or what will happen to the rest of my balance.

I have asked them to check my full trading history and tell me exactly what I did wrong. Instead, I received general claims and was told the decision is final. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Withdrawal rejected after normal trading and gain profit

I traded normally on Toobit. I bought, waited, then sold. I did not use a bot or do anything unusual. Now I’m trying to withdraw my money, but I’m being told to keep waiting for a review, without a clear explanation of what the problem is or when I’ll be able to withdraw.

Are users not allowed to make a profit on Toobit? I urgently need access to my funds, and repeating the processing time does not answer my question. Please explain exactly why my withdrawal is being held and give me a definite date for its release.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Toobit.

Under such circumstances of desperation leading one down strange avenues indeed, when another party in that private channel suggested ironclad experts , though initially skeptical due entirely to this sketchy aura surrounding it, ended up becoming a temporary refuge since I literally had nothing left save my own worn-out optimism After going through an exhausting ordeal involving the cumbersome tracking process - as if being trapped by labyrinthine digital red tape isn't punishment enough - at least their financial misadventure turned out in favor. Having now finally changed back to its original form, yet constantly hovering over each key press with bated breath fearing for even another single misplaced letter, no one should blame me when I simply express my extreme distaste toward this toxic platform forever from today onwards

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Toobit.

After a series of profitable trades, my account was restricted and nearly $10,000 worth of assets became inaccessible. Trading was disabled and withdrawals were prohibited.

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. During the process, the description of my alleged violation changed from terms such as abnormal trading and market manipulation to “liquidity arbitrage,” but I was never given a specific Order ID, trade, timestamp, or clear factual example showing what I actually did wrong.

Whenever I asked different questions, I received essentially the same response: Risk Control reviewed the account, the decision is final, and internal details are confidential.

I repeatedly explained that I was not asking for algorithms or security systems. I simply wanted to know what specific conduct was considered prohibited and why my entire remaining balance was restricted.

I spent many hours dealing with repetitive support replies, sending records, explaining my trading, and trying to get a meaningful answer. It caused me severe stress, loss of sleep, and major disruption to my life.

My advice is simple: do not deposit money into Toobit that you cannot afford to have frozen.

With larger and more transparent alternatives available, I would think very carefully before trusting this platform with significant funds.

Profit confiscated under undisclosed rules

On 19 September 2026 I traded perpetual futures on Toobit. I traded manually with limit orders.

After the session Toobit restricted my account. I provided everything they asked for: a written explanation of my strategy, a fund source video and full KYC2 verification.

Toobit then allowed me to withdraw my principal only and kept the profit, describing my activity as "liquidity arbitrage". In writing they acknowledged that my orders were manual and maker orders, but said this does not change the outcome. I asked three times which clause of the Terms of Service I violated. They never named one. Their final answer was that the restriction was determined automatically by the system and that the relevant rules are internal and cannot be disclosed.

To be fair: my deposit was returned in full. But traders should know that on Toobit profits can be removed on the basis of rules you are not allowed to see.

My experience with TOOBIT was so bad.I created an account and they offered me bonus.I used bonus and make some profit.I cant withdraw my whole profit and my account is frozen now.I also did Advance verfication and connected my phone number.I also emailed them to clarify the situation.i didnt violate any rules and my account freezed with no reason.i dont reccomend to use this crypto exchange

They will let you deposit your funds and trade with them and soon as you close the app for a second, like magic, your funds disappear same trades open with same pnl as when closed. I've submitted full KYC + video verification. Sent a detailed follow-up asking for:
1. What specific activity was flagged
2. What documents/info they still need from me
3. What steps would resolve it
4. Expected timeline

Got back the exact same template response, just with a link to their general compliance policy page - no actual answers to any of the above.

Support's response (twice now) has just been a copy-paste template pointing to the general Compliance and Risk Control policy page, with no explanation of what I actually did or what's needed to lift the restriction. My withdrawal is still blocked with no timeline.
Looking at other reviews here, this seems to be a very common pattern: profit -> restriction -> vague "risk control" language -> no real answers. If Toobit support is reading this, I'd appreciate an actual, specific response to ticket #20260909000056 instead of another template.

I also got scammed. I always use SUI to deposit from the chain. One day something internally changed with the deposit. Started depositing as move Call from the same wallet I have always used. They say it was nothing in my control but at the same time. Telling me to pay attention to the settings when I send as if here’s some kind of setting to set.yet still wants to charge me $47 she have it returned. I trusted this place enough to deposit my funds. Then they hold them for ransom. There is currently no way to deposit Sui Onchain without this happening from any Wallet so I know other people are having the same issue so you will lose your SUI if you deposit it from chain right now and they will try to hold it for ransom. I also want to add that this supported token is sitting right in my deposit wallet. Very easily could be credited to my account.

NEVER USE TOOBIT. they steal your money, belgium and the Netherland are not restricted and yet they say its restricted.. so yes.. my money is gone by now.
