I ordered 4 defrost trays off amazon for Christmas presents. When they arrived I had a Q code to the original site. Found them cheaper so returned and ordered from AJ. Have used regularly but Today I pulled 500gm of chicken out of the freezer at 12.00 and by 5.00 pm ready to cook. Throughly recommend this product.

Kat in customer services was excellent to deal with. Having lost a part for my Andrew James slicer - the locking nut in fact - so useless without it! Kat sourced one for us in the warehouse - and bearing in mind this was purchased in 2017 there was no requirement for her or the Company to be so helpful. Its great that there are still people and Companies offering good old fashioned customer service. I have not even been billed for it - and its cominng in 3 to 5 days. Happy slicing again! My sister was given us a gift a deli slicer for her kitchen. I borrowed it over Christmas and loved it. It was so good for cutting meat especially at Christmas time. My husband had kindly offered to buy me one for my birthday and that’s when things have gone oh so terribly wrong! It’s my birthday today. I’ve got no present he’s gutted and I am dreadfully disappointed! Customer service for this company is more than appalling! I ordered this item as a third-party seller through Amazon so we thought it was arrive within 24 hours. That actually was stated on their advertisement on Amazon. Six days later and I’m still waiting. Amazon have done everything they can try to get shipment made immediately. I have had no less than five emails from ANDREW JAMES saying that the shipment is on its way and I will receive it today - that has been over the last three days and my order has still not arrived but I will add totally paid for in full! Customer services are deaf, non-caring and just copy and paste emails - that’s how it feels. It isn’t Amazon‘s fault. I want that absolutely stated it is the fault entirely of this company‘s customer care service and it’s delivery team! i have rrad through previous reviews from tjise who have been trested the same way. The rrsponse is slways the same - they have no records of me anywhere so they are unable to respond! Mrssagee me on Amazon and show me you care - I dare you! Im taking this all the way So thank you Andrew James for delivering me nothing for my birthday and making me feel really fed up!! I would highly recommend that you go and purchase this item from the shop rather than through Andrew James it’s self - in fact if you could look for another make I’d do that too!

Slow cooker not arrived even though it was apparently with Evri 6 days ago. Tried calling. No answer. Checked tracking with Evri and says on way back to sender! No communication at all and this is first time ordering off them, not impressed at all.
UPDATE….
Received email reply stating they have issued refund (3-5 days until I get it) and they are sorry but they don’t have the stock! I’ve asked why they sold me something that they had no stock of. Also for their complaints contact details as I believe I’ve been sold something that was not available.

My Andrew JamesHalogen oven is more than 10 years old and had always given great service so it was a bit of a blow when the element failed. However the people at Andrew James were able to source the correct replacement and despatch it promptly, great service, thank you.

I bought a blender that I share with my flatmates and we all loved it. It does the job very well and quickly. The customer service is incredible; they resolve any issue you have immediately. I would definitely buy from them again

I have two slow cookers I have had for several years, unfortunately I lost the control knobs. Katrina has been extremely helpful and sourced me two replacements without charge. Brilliant customer service in addition to loving the slow cookers. Thank you

I lost a foot off my thawing plate which is a great tool for speeding up the thawing process, I contacted Andrew james about this and was dealt with by an employee called Katrina, I must say I am impressed with the customer service I received from her, the communication was great and informative.
She sourced a new foot for me and sent it out quickly, thank you very much Andrew James and especially Katrina.

We broke the bowl on our Slow Cooker and were having trouble finding a replacement. Katrina responded to my email very quickly and although they had none in stock she was able to find one which is now on it's way. Excellent customer service over and above what you get from many companies these days. Very many thanks.

The dial on my Andrew James slow cooker had broken inside and therefore I was unable to change the settings. I emailed Customer Services and very promptly had a reply from Katrina. She contacted their spares department and is now posting me a new dial. She was extremely helpful and extremely quick to respond. A very satisfied customer

Very happy with service and quick delivery even just before Christmas. I bought the electric meat slicer which is so useful and a birthday present of the lovely wine decanter for my husband. He loves it and has put a bottle of port in there which he received. It’s so beautifully designed and quite the conversation piece. The inclusion of the metal balls to clean it was a great idea too. My ice maker stopped working about 12 days before the expiry of my extended warranty. An exchange of e-mails with their agent Katrina was helpful, friendly and sympathetic throughout. I was given suggested remedial action to take which proved partially successful but then stopped again. Full details were sent back to Katrina and she agreed to arrange for a replacement to be dispatched and which arrived yesterday. Katrina's customer service was superb in all respects and she is undoubtedly a real asset to the company where I hope this exemplary service will be recognised. Thank you. The company is highly recommended for its customer support.

The mesh filter in our kettle had broken up and I couldn't find how to source a new one so contacted the company direct. Katrina in Customer Service contacted the spares dept and they found one so it's on its way to me. Great service for such a small enquiry.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would not recommend this company to anyone abd will not buy from them again, when things go wrong they pass the buck and blame amaxon and also the delivery company for issues, yet if i was the company using evri to deliver my stock to customers i would contact them to make sure they are carrying out the wishes of the client instead of taking no notice of instructions given by customer. so between the seller and delivery company they can't adhere to simple basic instructions given from the customer.
