Thoughtful expensive little gifts
I have received & sent many Treatboxes which are lovely thoughtful little boxes of joy.
They can be a bit expensive for what they are but they are nice as an occasional surprise for someone.
They are boxed beautifully on the whole (although my own ready to go box was a bit of a mess!🤦🏻♀️)

Went with a pink Friday treat box…
Went with a pink Friday treat box to reward myself. Box arrived perfectly and presented well. However, although all the items were lovely, it did feel like you didn’t get much for your money. One item for example, was some seeds. A lovely touch but felt like this should have been an added bonus, not a main item. A little disappointing but maybe next time, I’ll have to pick items for myself and not go with the surprise factor.

Our Pink Friday TreatBoxes are designed to offer a surprise selection of products at a heavily discounted price, and we always try to include a thoughtful mix of treats, self-care items and little keepsakes. We completely appreciate that surprise boxes can be quite personal, and not every item will be everyone's favourite.

I love Treatbox
I love Treatbox! It’s a go to for gifting for my family and friends and I have always had rave reviews from those whom I send them to. I also buy my daughter the Treatbox advent calendar every year and she loves it. Always beautifully wrapped and full of excellent quality gifts.

Ordered a birthday box to be delivered…
Ordered a birthday box to be delivered . It asked me for delivery date 📅. I put the birthday of the person & said it would be delivered a week before the birthday . Delivered 8 weeks before their birthday 🫣😫which completely ruined the whole surprise & point of it.

We completely understand how important it is for birthday gifts to arrive at the right time. Looking into your order, we can see that the delivery date selected at checkout was 11th July, and we dispatched your TreatBox to arrive in line with that date. We do send gifts a few days before the requested date where possible to help ensure they arrive on time, rather than risk them being delivered late.
We're sorry there seems to have been some confusion regarding the date entered, as we certainly never want to spoil a surprise.

Birthday gift to myself…
I decided as it was my birthday to take Treat box up on their birthday box half price.
I knew it would be a gamble on what would be in it. It came today.
Do I think its value for money, no think choosing your own is always better but I wanted a surprise.
Always nice presentation and quick delivery all that is fine but only 6 items in the box for the original price of £32 thats expensive, cost £22 with delivery but i cant use 2 items.. disappointed so probably wont by a surprise box again.
4 star for presentation and generally they are good

Amazing 🤩
Wanted something a little different to send to my granddaughter, who had just finished 70 weeks of chemotherapy.
I personally was completely delighted when I saw how beautiful the treat box was .
But Ella was just overwhelmed with all the wonderful goodies in it ,and just packed so lovely.
So yes absolutely would recommend to anybody who would like to send to someone who needs a real treat.

Beautifully and safetly packaged
Beautifully and safetly packaged, Royal Mail were very delayed... but it did just arrive in time. Would use again, however is a little on pricey side for what actually is in the box

Lovely package for Father’s Day. Loved the presentation. Thought photo (Polaroid style) would have been in some sort of paper / cardboard frame to protect it before getting a permanent frame
