Such a wonderful present idea!
I received a Treatbox for one of my previous birthdays and I loved it so much, I wanted to gift one. The recipient absolutely loved it! I will be ordering another one for an August birthday. Packaged beautifully, every gift in the box is gorgeous, excellent service too.

I’m surprised I hadn’t come across…
I’m surprised I hadn’t come across TreatBox sooner! I absolutely love it. The website is so easy to use, and I really like how you can select items that are perfectly suited to the person you’re buying for, making each gift feel truly personal.
The range of products is lovely, and the personalised touch makes all the difference. Delivery was quick, and their customer service was excellent too. I forgot to add a personalised gift note to my order, but after contacting them, they responded quickly and added it for me without any hassle.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I love the site and will definitely continue using TreatBox in the future. Highly recommended!

We haven’t officially gifted this yet to look properly BUT I couldn’t resist a sneak peak and the contents are beautifully wrapped. I love this idea of surprise treats and trying new things. The pastel coloured shred and confetti sets it off lovely.

The treat box was perfect for the occasion I needed! The quality of the items were as described! The overall look was great. Easy to pick, order and delivery was quick!

Awful customer service - lost box and no refund or replacement
After spending >£120 in one week. They sent my son’s exam box with a Liverpool address to London.
!!??? Their system Changing the postcode ? Inexplicably customer service says that’s my fault? How would I know a random London postcode I never seen before and not my Liverpool uni sons address. Refused to refund. Refused my partial refund. Refused to resend the box to my son who was expecting the box and sitting his exams.
Penny minded customer service- I would have been loyal customer. Woeful
Save yourself and buy from elsewhere for assurance that your gift gets delivered!!!

We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been by this experience, especially as the order was intended for your son during his exams.
After reviewing the order and previous correspondence, the postcode entered at checkout unfortunately did not match the Liverpool address provided, which meant the parcel was automatically routed to the linked London address through the shipping system.
As explained by our customer service team, we do provide a 30-minute window after an order is placed for any address amendments or corrections, and this information is included within the order confirmation email.
While we completely understand your frustration, our team did try to help where possible and also added TreatBox points to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
We’re genuinely sorry this experience left you feeling disappointed and wish your son lots of luck with his exams.

Personalised messages ruined
After emailing twice and complaining that my orders to daughters Zara and Isabella were given the wrong personalised message, it was just then just thrown back at me saying I had the orders muddled. Why would I send a message for Zara, addressed to Isabella and a message for Isabella addressed to Zara??? Surely a human is checking these orders?

We’re so sorry to read your message and to hear how disappointed you felt when the boxes arrived. We completely understand how meaningful the personalised messages are, especially when you were sending love and encouragement to your daughters during such important moments.
TreatBox is a very small team, and every single gift message is handwritten by a real person with so much care and attention. When an order is placed using Split Shipping, the system sends them through to us as two separate orders rather than one order containing two different boxes. Because of this, our team handwrites the messages exactly as they are submitted at checkout for each individual order.
After reviewing your order, we can see that the messages were written exactly as they came through to our team, although we completely appreciate why this felt upsetting when the gifts arrived.
We never want anyone to feel let down by a TreatBox, especially when it has been sent with such thoughtful intentions behind it, and we’re truly sorry this experience left you feeling disappointed.

Great box for exam study treat
Lovely box & great to pick what I wanted. Only issue was the box was for my son and the shredded paper inside was very pink, would be nice to have option of colours or neutral colour.
