Bradley did a splendid job in completing our Truespeed fibre installation. He took the time to understand exactly where I needed the termination to be and was then very careful to run the fibre as neatly as possible into the house. He completed a very tidy fitting on the wall leaving me flexibility to site the router.

I’ve been having dead spots around my…
I’ve been having dead spots around my home with our true speed router and I contacted county broadband and spoke with a very helpful lady ( Donna) who was very willing to help. Donna arranged for us to have a Mesh booster . This came within a few days . I’ve yet to set it up but I was impressed with Donna.

Full fibre at last!
I spoke to Matthew today who confirmed that our Full fibre Broadband installation can now go ahead. An installation date has been booked and Matthew explained exactly what would happen and how the switch from our current provider would be done on that day. He was very helpful and we are now looking forward to a much faster Broadband connection.

From install, to getting my first problem 14months later.
The guy who assisted on the phone(Den) couldn’t have been more helpful.
Tech turned up(Matt), found issue straight away. Really friendly and helpful. Sorted within the hour.
Then I.T. Guy(Leon) changed settings for my personal setup.
Totally painless and great customer service.
Def recommend them.

Truespeed - excellent
We've been live with Truepeed for about 5 weeks and everything is working very well. Very pleased with the service.
The final installation was a dream. Dave Williams of Truespeed was careful, clean and polite - could not have been better.
I dropped 1 star because of poor communication after the first enquiry. The Truespeed process was not able to cope with or understand difficulties getting from the highway duct to our house but once the message got through, after a couple of months, communications were excellent (thank you to Mersan Rodriguez in particular) and everything went very well with the installation.

A great service throughout
A great service throughout, from the salesman at the beginning, who was friendly, informative and not at all pushy. Then, Tom and Jack did our installation. They were jolly from the moment I opened the door and were friendly, accommodating and helpful during the installation. It's been a smooth transition at a great price. Would highly recommend.
