New customer install,they installed a height router and gave me a mesh node.no instructions for either,no instructions on website.unable to change password on router,unable to add mesh node.on faq it refers to linksys apt which did nothing.on google search it says doesn't work with heights router. Baffles me that they install the router but don't check if you have dead spots and although you pay for a mesh node you've no way of knowing if you need it.spent 3 hours trying to get hold of customer services. Worst experience I've had amazed at all the good reviews

Highly Recommend to me
I decided to call Truespeed as my Contract with Sky was coming to an end. I did not want to renew as Broadband was awful. My Daughter recommended as she is with Truespeed.
Truespeed were so easy and friendly to talk to. I fist spoke to Matthew, but due to usual poor WiFi I was disconnected. I then spoke to Frazer who was equally lovely and I went on to sign up. I am currently waiting to be connected in a Week or so.

Had Truespeed installed less than two weeks ago. Currently have our second outage since installation and there is no customer support after 4pm Saturday until Monday morning. I sent an email to the support address but no reponse at all. Communication is appalling. The only information available is a vague reference on their Network Status page to customers in other streets. Does that same issue apply to me? How am l supposed to know?
Their web site states that when they become aware of issues they will send an SMS to all affected customers. Well that didn't happen either.
Also they say to make sure they have your mobile number but there is no way to check that as customers don't even have an account they can log into. All very bare bones.
How can this company have no support available for such a long period of time. I am still in my 30 day cooling off period and will have to seriously consider my options.
We are In Southdown in Bath.
Loss of connection
Loss of connection. Router restart fails to solve problem at 1630 on a Saturday. I can’t call anyone as they stop work at 4pm.
Pretty useless really

Customer Svcs Telephone System
This is purely for the customer services telephone system and not the staff. I appreciate it can take a long time to answer calls when busy, but I was waiting over 2 hours before I gave up today. The system needs an upgrade to at least tell you your queue position,to offer you a call back ot estimate waiting time. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if this was the case.

Order Ref AC70094/SO71976. There unfortunately have been failures on multiple fronts. In summary: 1. Extremely poor communication and availability of customer services. No response to emails or Facebook messages. Most of the time no one picks up the phone. No proactive communication for follow-up external engineer visits, timelines repeatedly missed. 2. Poor external installation with repeated visits to rectify and still incomplete with no timelines communicated. 3. Unstable connection with speeds 10 times less than on the contract (9-28 Mbs as opposed to contractual obligation of 300 Mbs). 4. Truespeed were very quick and efficient with sending me the bill.
Tom and Jack were great today
Tom and Jack were great today. Despite the heat they were efficient, polite and worked hard. I would highly recommend this service as out connection has never been better.

Terrible wi-fi routers and aggressive sales
Arrived in our area bombarding us with pamphlets and salesmen knocking at our door. Promise big things and playing the ‘friendly local company’ card. Once they’ve got into the area by fooling people like me to sign their petition, to get permission to dig up the roads and streets to install broadband, they start behaving exactly the same as Sky and BT and the rest. They stitch you up on super fast speeds but pathetic routers and then charge you £7 per month to hire one that is actually fit for purpose. Also, they are slack as you like when they turn up to install. Never ever again. You’ve been warned.
