Excellent Service
I spoke to Dylan today to renew my contract. His Customer Service and Communication skills were outstanding and he should be commended for this. So many large companies really couldn't care about their customers and this made a welcome and refreshing change. My contract was renewed swiftly and efficiently and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dylan and thank you Truespeed.

Connected within 3 days. Fab!
We moved into a house that had a Truespeed box on the wall, but no router. Phoned up and spoke to Matthew from sales, and he got us an appointment in 3 days. Jack and Ryan turned up today and installed our kit. Very happy with the connection speeds, and super pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of Matthew, Jack & Ryan! Thanks guys.

A very responsive and efficient company
Truespeed are a very responsive company. Our new self build property was at the end of a private road which no broadband company would consider for FTTP connection. We heard of the Government Gigabit scheme which aims to help properties like ours to get a full fibre connection. Truespeed's partner company, County Broadband, were the only authorised company to respond to us and then passed us onto Truespeed, their local partner provider. Truespeed were very quick to survey our property and put in the draw cords for a optical fibre cable. Then with a call to Truespeed's UK based call centre, who were very helpful, a contract for a 600Mbs connection was agreed and set up. Within two weeks, the engineers were back to install the cable and then another engineer came to set up the wiring for, and to setup, the router. All of this was done quickly, efficiently and by very friendly, courteous people. The only slight snag was incorrect instructions about changing the router name and password, but this was quickly sorted. Best of all, our network speeds have increased to over 600Mb within range of the router and over 250Mb from my access points across the property. This is between 12x and 24x times faster than my copper EE connection AND for £4 LESS per month! What a great service!

Tom and Jack were great at my install today. So efficient, really friendly and made the process really smooth. Took them less than an hour and they were so considerate at ensuring my home was kept clean and everything was how they found it.

New customer very impressed!
I'm a new Truespeed customer and have been so impressed by their service to date. Matthew was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative and I'm very happy with the contract I've now agreed with them. The costs seem very reasonable too. And I love that I'm supporting a local company!

Rat chewed through service cable in…
Rat chewed through service cable in road and crew sent within 36 hours by helpful office staff. Turned out to be a nightmare for the team who had to kick their heels for 3 hours before the RT contractors finally arrived. They then worked hard all day, and beyond their shifts, to provide a temporary fix and get us back online until the cabling can be re-installed permanently. Capable, diligent and courteous service by all who came. Particular thanks to Ryan and Tianna who went way beyond the call of duty. Well pleased!

Great start!
Great start! Lee Gates-Deville answered our call (so refreshing to have someone actually answer the ‘phone…shame on you, Virgin Media) and was efficient, helpful and informative right from the get-go. He even rang me back to check on the correct email. We’re not using the system yet due to a house move but looking forward to more good customer service and decent broadband. Thank you!
