From start to finish the service i have received has been fast, efficient and friendly.
Moving house is a stressful time but Truespeed defiantly did not add to that; we were up and running the very next day!!

I mean where to start
I mean where to start, Matthew was very helpful in explaining the process of switching over providers and being available to chat about it to my own schedule which was a relief. I felt no upselling pressure once I had picked a speed that suited me which was a breathe of fresh air, a company that definitely focus's on it customers rather than chasing profit margins. The internet speed is incredible compared to other service providers. EE charging £40pm for 8mb up and down on a good day and Truspeed providing 600mb for nearly half the price. And if you weren't convinced by that, they're even handling all the cancellation and switch over so I haven't got to spend hours on hold. Top tier service, I think we'll be with Truspeed for a long time

My contact had ended and my monthly payment was being increased so I contacted truespeed to see if they would review the price.
A nice chap called Ben delt with it promptly and now we have signed for another year.

Friendly and very helpful customer…
Friendly and very helpful customer service from Matthew whilst not being pushy at all.
Laid out all the plans for me which were incredibly cheap compared to any other option I found. I then told him they need to spend more money on advertising as I was close to paying well over double the price of this with a massive upfront cost too as I didn’t know TrueSpeed existed.

The overall process of getting an internet connection has been very drawn out as the church originally applied in August 2025. However, I was contacted by Matthew from the Truespeed team today to make the final arrangements for the line to be installed and he was very helpful and professional and everything has been sorted out quickly with no difficulties.

I spoke to two lovely people one lady was named Keeley & the gentleman was called Matthew. Keeley was so helpful & got Matthew to ring me, he then talked me through everything & couldn’t be more helpful, it’s been a very difficult time & I had to make some changes to truespeed & set up an account from my dads name to my name. Matthew made the whole process so easy for me & it was so nice to deal with somebody that actually sounded like they cared, & took pride in their job. Matthew is an asset to your company

I have been a customer since the company was formed in my area around 2014. Looking on your web site to compare prices, and found cheaper prices for new customers. I contacted customer services to enquire what price deal I could have but was told that the prices quoted were only for new customers and there was no loyalty price match, I was told I would have to leave for a certain amount of time and then reapply as a new customer.
I like the service and communication but as there is not another provider that can provide the service I require, I have no choice but to pay the high prices you demand from you loyal customers.you have asked for more informationabout my experience I saw on the web site the prices and packages you were offering and contacted your offices were I was told the package was not available to existing customers and I would have to pay excess of 50% more
