Tom & Jack fitted and installed my new…
Tom & Jack fitted and installed my new Truespeed connection today. (They gave me a QR code to leave a review but I can't make it work :-( so I am leaving a review here & hope it gets them the recognition they deserve. They're a great team, very friendly and so easy to talk to, they gave constant information on what they were doing & asked if I had any questions. It was a treat to have such nice guys in my home and my dog loved them too! I've been with BT for 40 odd years but Truespeed deserve to get 5* reviews, they're better than BT every time.

Ryan O’Neill & the Re-Install Request
Requested a Re-Install from TrueSpeed. Re-Instillation performed by Ryan O’Neill, who turned up at 0800 on the dot and performed the reinstall. I had some specific requests as to where I wanted the new input installed, which didn’t make it easy for Ryan, however, he listened and did an upstanding job well within the remits of what I was looking for. I am most pleased with the service provided.

First thing engineers arrived spot on time .they were very efficient and very pleasant, did the job and cleaned up after them self's. They came on the weds after noon date 27th of may and there names are TOM AND JACK .VERY

Our WiFi went down due to the cable…
Our WiFi went down due to the cable being damaged. The response was excellent and two engineers turned up within 48 hr fixed it and upgraded our router. Engineers Dave Williams and Joe Talandis were polite helpful and efficient. I am very happy with the excellent service that Truespeed provide.

Perfect installation of cable and router by very professional teams
On 19/5/26 Jozef and Paul installed the cable into my loft professionally and carefully, and exactly as I requested, checking with me at each stage to ensure I was happy. A job very well done.
On 29/5/26 Liam and Bradley installed the Router exactly as I requested using the internal ducting in the property and positioning the kit where I wanted it to go - perfect! They left me with the necessary information to get started and answered the supplementary questions I had - very useful thank you.
A job very professionally done.

I am having a very difficult year…
I am having a very difficult year following a sudden severe illness requiring my husband to be admitted to a care home. Also being unable to access his emails.
Matthew made my call this morning for advice and guidance to switch internet provider stress-free and for that I am extremely grateful.
The package I was offered is significantly more affordable than my current provider.
