Great reliability, speed, cost and customer service
I have been with Truespeed since they moved into the BS32 area and have been really impressed with the speed and reliability of the connection, and with their customer service. I recently gave notice as I am moving away from the area, and Ben was incredibly helpful. I hope my new provider is half as good!

delay in porting
I've just received a message saying that our phone line has finally been ported to Truespeed. Paid on 21st April, notified that it is connected on 27th May but it's not working.

At first I thought one star was too much but they inadvertently got me a cheaper deal with double the speed at a competitor :)
I was with true speed for 5 years. I constantly registered interest before they arrived in my area and encouraged multiple friends and family to sign up for broadband (before I knew about the referral scheme)
Now they have become more popular in the area they won’t support loyal customers. They wanted at least £15 on top of the price of a new customer and wouldn’t send updated router out unless I paid even more. So I left. Then cheeky people wanted me to use my fuel and my time to take their equipment to the post office to send back. No chance. You don’t give loyal prices you don’t get loyalty. Please note I only wanted new customer rates not anything lower.
No service for a week
I joined Truespeed because it was the only full fibre provider available in our area. I work from home, so having a stable internet connection is absolutely essential. Everything was fine until something broke on Friday evening and we completely lost connection.
The worst part was that I couldn’t even report it properly because customer service closes at 6pm. I called on Saturday, only to be told that because Monday was a bank holiday, nobody could come out until Wednesday. I waited at home all day for the engineer, only to find out there had been a miscommunication and nobody was actually coming.
Now I have no idea when this will be fixed. I’ve already had to spend extra money on 5G data just so I can continue working. On top of that, it’s half term and my autistic child is at home, extremely distressed because the iPad and internet are not working.
The whole experience has been awful. It honestly feels like there are only two customer service agents and one engineer covering the entire company. When I said that BT at least provides a temporary 5G hub during outages, the response I got was: “Well, we are not BT.”
I have now been without internet for nearly a week. Completely unacceptable service.

Great bandwidth speeds at low prices
Great bandwidth speeds at low prices, however the Customer Service is excellent too and I was surprised at how helpful they are, long may this continue. My only quibble is the WiFi really needs the "Mesh" network for my house which is an additional monthly cost of £7 per unit per month. I would have preferred a one off payment. I would seriously recommend Truespeed though to anyone.

Been with Truespeed for 2 years, flawless connection on 900mbs, just had an email to inform the contract was up for renewal and spoke to Ben, new agreement done within 2 mins. Great service and customer service as usual.

Holy Fast and reliable internet Batman!
Very fast, reliable, kept me updated why the internet was down “fallen tree” and how long it would take to fix, good price. My only complaint is I’m moving home and you guys don’t cover my new area so please hurry up so I can have you back!
