Holy Fast and reliable internet Batman!
Very fast, reliable, kept me updated why the internet was down “fallen tree” and how long it would take to fix, good price. My only complaint is I’m moving home and you guys don’t cover my new area so please hurry up so I can have you back!
Dan who helped me cancel my plan was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional as is everyone who I’ve spoken to, I’ve recommended to everyone I know.

Dave Williams installed our broadband. He let me know when he was nearly here, arrived on time, was very friendly, explained everything he was doing clearly, and was done in next to no time. All very efficient and a very good experience from start to finish.

Great Experience
From the first interaction I was impressed with the offer presented to me by Truespeed so was happy to switch from the my incumbent provider who could not offer full fibre. However the reasons for this became clear once the installation process with Truespeed started. However I was kept informed by Truespeed and they went the extra mile to ensure I received the service and offer that was sold to me at the agreed price with no further or hidden costs. This was topped off with an extra visit after the install was complete to tidy up the look and feel or the work. Overall very pleased.
