My experience has been so far great. I’m so excited to be apart of Shed! Today I received a call from Michael doing a follow up checkup on me and I will say he was so polite and he took the time to explain everything to me! So thank you Michael!

Clifton was amazing durning the welcome call

Clifton called me today to welcome me. He was really kind and upbeat. He answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about this process. It’s only been a few days since I received the NAD + medication so I can’t say if it working yet or not. I will update this review after being on it for a longer period of time.

Ijust enjoyed a nice welcome call from Brittany from the staff at Shed. She was very polite and very informative on the process, answer questions that I had and very encouraging! so I appreciate them being here to assist me on my journey. I look forward to the continued support from them reaching my goals of 100 pounds loss.

I resigned up recently and was contacted by Clifton. He was very professional and letting me know about the program and what to expect. So far, we are off to a good start!

The team is so amazing

Excellent customer service and quick responses and follow up of issues and requests. Elizabeth assisted me with delaying a shipment and scheduling a medical consult to explore maintenance dose meds. Trzipitide worked great for me and I reached my goal weight (!!)

What made my experience great was the level of care and professionalism I received. The issue was handled promptly, and my account was refunded without hassle. The doctor was helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process

I had an issue with the expiration date on the latest vial of medication I received. I contacted Shed through the member portal. They took up the issue with the pharmacy, and within 24 hours the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the prompt attention and service.

Jamila was a pleasure to speak to. She answered all my questions and provided me guidance on how to use the portal.

Tyler was thorough and helpful. I learned about the newer PIVOT app as well as what supports are currently available to me as a member of Shed.

BEWARE they do not CLEARLY tell you that it is 2 month commitment, regardless if medication works, regardless if medication arrives. It is conveniently located somewhere in their fine print after you have made a payment. Please choose other HONEST options. Customer service is chatting with Bots. Have yet to speak to a human.

Great customer service and support. Answered questions about my medication and offered information about how to use the meds and how to get immediate communication with medical providers. Michael Garcia was the customer service provider who made this a smooth transition.
