Jamika was incredibly helpful when I spoke with her about the pricing concerns I’ve been having, especially since competitors are offering much lower rates. I explained that I was considering canceling my service, and she immediately took the time to listen and offer support. She assured me that she would reach out to the appropriate department and have someone contact me regarding my concerns. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine eagerness to help truly stood out and honestly may be the reason I decide tO stay if my price is Reduced

Tyler's welcoming review was very informative. He explained a few options available like the PIVOT program. I did not feel like I was pressured into being part of the SHED FAMILY.

Clifton was the best at welcoming me to shed. He made sure I felt comfortable and confident and knew the shed team is always there to support me. Not only did he make sure I had all the information I needed and got my questions answered but he was also so friendly. After my welcome call, I am even more excited to start my journey with Shed!

My welcome call with Michael was great. He was very upbeat and pleasant. Michael offered me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have and told me about the SHED support website and refill process.

Caitlin understood my request to pause membership, and she was clear about the options (that pausing medication shipments isn't necessarily the same as pausing payments, and I needed to explicitly ask for both pauses). Once I told her that I wanted to pause both medication shipment and the payment, she replied quickly and confirmed that the pause is set up.

Almost threw first month starting at 2.5 and moving to 50 mg of shed injectable. The staff has been very helpful and Professional in my experience.
Thank you to Todd and Britaney I am feeling better already. I hope to work up to at the least 200mg dose !
