I've had to contact support on various occasions and have always had a positive experience with a resolution. Today Taylor was very attentive and resolved my issue quickly with a great positive attitude.

I've been a customer of Shed for over a year and had awesome results (down 110lbs so far). I've had nothing but positive experiences. Even when a vial broke when I was opening a package. They were so fast to help and the vial was replaced in a matter of a couple days. Awesome service all the way around and I highly recommend Shed.

Gave me the WORST head aches. Moved to another brand and I have 0 head aches and actually see results.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the program and available resources. I had a very frustrating experience with Shed that I feel others should be aware of. In May 2026, I canceled my medication subscription and all associated services at the same time, including Premium Coaching. However, despite my cancellation, my coaching subscription remained active and I have now been charged for an additional month of services I do not need.

What makes this situation worse is the lack of accessible customer support. Shed does not provide a phone number to speak with a representative directly. The only options available are their online portal or email, which makes resolving time-sensitive billing issues unnecessarily difficult and impersonal.

It is extremely disappointing that my account history does not appear to have been properly reviewed, as it should clearly show that I canceled my services together. This oversight has resulted in an avoidable charge and a poor customer experience overall.

I expected better account management and more responsive customer service. At a minimum, there should be clearer cancellation processes and accessible support channels to prevent issues like this. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
