They bury the 2 month subscription commitment in the fine print. And then they won't let you cancel. Bait and switch!

Had a bit of an issue when I was trying to re-join Shed to take advantage of the “come back” promo. The instructions/promo wasn’t clear. Submitted a case and Ethan initially took over and was passed on to Savannah. They were able to find a resolution for me that is acceptable. Great follow up!

I’m happy with products from shed.
My problem has been the extreme confusion in navigating the website/platform. It feels like you’re all over the place just to get answers. I wish they had a single app.
But through it all, Paige responded to all my questions promptly in the chat group and got the ball rolling to help solve my issue. So if you get a good customer service rep like Paige who will try and get info for you, then it’s great!
