Dublin to Palma
Myself and my husband flew out from Dublin to Palma airport yesterday and from the very beginning we had a great experience with tui, we had a short delay (understandable it's July delays are expected) but the staff were at the gate keeping everyone updated constantly, then we boarded, took to our seats and while waiting for out slot to take off the captain came over the intercom as per normal but captain Ian was so funny he made everyone giggle then the cabin crew in-flight went around i was asked if I wanted something special with my tea (she knows what that special thing was 😉🙈) but we laughed so much it really made our flight so enjoyable. So to Tui i bow and applaud you for your lovely staff and thank you Ian, stewie from tui, and off course the beautiful Ledge for a wonderful flight to Palma xx

We were looking for a week away in Spain. Didnt know exactly where but went into TUI Wilton and met the nicest member of staff Lillian who spoke to us in detail and got us exactly what we asked for. Thanks so much Lillian for your help explanations etc.....

Called in to TUI in Wilton and met a lovely girl Faye who helped me book a 4 night break to Nice.
Faye couldnt have been more helpful and a great way about her.
Needless to say we had a great time in Nice and will be booking again inbthe future with TUI

When I bookmy holiday last june 2025 i received a email telling me the flight time was chaged to late afternoon witch ment I was getting to my destination late that night and then the flight for home we were picked up at 7-40 AM early morning .We got no breakfast only tea & toast as the night porter had to start the toaster for us l was very disappointed with the flight times changing as my hiliday was cut short

Disappointed how TUI handles complaints
Any holiday company can have a hotel underperform. What defines the company is what it does about it. That's where TUI has completely failed us.
Brief background: we paid a premium price for a two week all inclusive family package in Rhodes in June, and it was severely overpriced for what was delivered. The room we were given on arrival wasn't habitable (insect infestation among other issues) and the food was poor enough that we ended up paying to eat out for most of the fortnight. Disappointing.
Here's how TUI actually handled it:
We raised it with their rep on the very first night, through the proper channel. We were left with no real choice but to accept a room swap a few days later within the same hotel, not an upgrade, simply somewhere without an infestation, slightly modern and the same size because remaining in that room with a young child was not an option.
After returning home, we lodged a detailed formal complaint. What followed: a template apology email assuring us our feedback would be "passed to the relevant teams," then two phone calls in which TUI's position was and I'm not exaggerating that because we accepted the replacement room, the terms and conditions mean we're entitled to nothing. The move we were forced to make to keep our family in habitable accommodation is now the reason they won't engage with the complaint and have closed it. The 2 weeks of out of pocket meal costs on a board basis we'd already paid for never acknowledged.
We've booked TUI packages before and had good experiences, which is exactly why we trusted them again. But we've now seen what happens when something goes wrong: scripted sympathy, small print, and zero accountability. We overpaid significantly for what we received, and TUI's answer to that has been to hide behind terms and conditions rather than take any responsibility. That's the part worth knowing before you book, the whole point of paying a package operator's premium is that someone puts things right when they fail. In our experience, TUI doesn't.

We appreciate that, in this instance, you do not feel this was achieved.
