Had to change dates on my honeymoon/family holiday. Moved it back by 2 days and cut short by 3 days due to my daughter dancing for team Ireland when we were meant to be away.
TUI can't make any amendments to ryanair flights so that was left to me which was fine, paid whatever extra it cost then TUI instead of just changing hotel dates they invoice me for a whole new holiday package which includes flights which have gone up due to increases in fuel ect. even though they didn't book new flights they are charging me for them and now they won't answer as to where the few hundred euro is gone that I should have got back. Disgraceful carry on from a reputable company.

We recently returned from a short break to Portugal with TUI, travelling with our 1‑year‑old, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the experience.
From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly. The hotel was fantastic, the facilities were ideal for families, and the staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay.
Travelling with a young child can be stressful, but TUI really took all the anxiety out of it for us. Everything was well organised, seamless, and exactly as described, which meant we could relax and actually enjoy the holiday.
We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with TUI again. Highly recommend, especially for families travelling with young children.

We traveled to The Dominican Republic with TUI, booked through the Irish site. The flight there was through the UK with no issue. The flight back was through the USA. We weren't told we would need a visa even though we had a connecting flight. Called TUI when we were refused boarding. Was told nothing could be done and it wasn't their responsibility, that it was in the T&Cs. Never again. Appalling..

I had a fantastic experience booking my recent holiday at TUI Limerick. Lorraine was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She listened to exactly what I wanted and handled all the stressful details, making the whole process seamless.

Everything was pretty smooth, only negative point was it said on booking that I had 10kg suitcase included but this wasn't included in Ryanair booking

I am not one to write a review but just had to for Karla at Tui Wilton as she actually save my life, i was recently tasked to book a holiday for my friend’s 40th birthday for 6 girls, Karla was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and gave us some brilliant suggestions on locations that perfectly suited the occasion. Her knowledge of each destination was incredibly helpful — she explained not just where to go, but what there was to do when we got there, which made planning so much easier.
Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer questions and there was many emails from me. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everything is just right.
A big thank you as well to Karla in Tui Wilton I’ll definitely be using her again in the future we all had the best time x

We haven’t been on our holiday just yet, but I needed a name correction on my booking and spoke to Karen this morning. She was fantastic — so friendly and helpful. She sorted everything really quickly and even offered to call me back so I didn’t have to sit on hold while she contacted the airline directly. Five‑star service and a real credit to the team.

This isn’t a reflection on the customer service staff, who were brilliant once I reached them, but as a NI resident I struggled to get through on the NI contact number listed (028 90 389 387). After lots of attempts between yesterday and this morning, it just wouldn’t connect and kept giving the “all lines are busy” message. I eventually topped up my credit to call the ROI number instead — and got straight through to Karen, who resolved everything perfectly.
