We have had a problem locking from inside, my husband went outside to lock ii. It seems ok at the moment have not called tbe fitter back as we are giving it time to see how it goes.

Have had an ultion lock installed in my new front door and was prompted to order the lubricant to maintain the warranty. Despite applying it, sometimes the lock and key can be stiff to open and is a bit tricky to manoeuvre which can be a faff. But in terms of security, I am reassured as I am the holder of the key and no additional copies can be made due to the unique code, which is a feature I like.

My new door with ultion lock feels solid and secure. I feel much safer than with the old door lock. Thank you

We contacted Colin at south west windows of Barnstaple, having used them in the past, we asked him to estimate to supply and fit a new solidor front door, Colin was very helpful and made choosing the door style etc very smooth, when the time came for the installation the two men arrived exactly on time, they made the fitting look very easy & the care they took was amazing they hoovered and cleaned up, then explained about the warranty for the door and the keys, once again a fine job from start to finish and we are really pleased with the new front door me & Mrs H
