I received a call this morning from Usay and it was terrible and hugely upsetting. They called me a year on from a previous call and continuously challenged me when I advised that I had cover in place. I tried to explain but he continued to challenge me aggressively. I have logged a complaint and hope to hear back. I am sad that my experience is different from so many others but I would never use this company again based on my experience.

They do all the hard work for free putting a policy in place for you with the information you give them.

Unfortunately for me (and my fault alone) I had to cancel. The procedure was quick and easy and all the staff I had conversed with over the phone spoke clearly with easy to understand English language.

Dan listened and communicated well. He was attentive and identified the best way forward for my individual needs.

I can’t recommend Liam at Usay Compare highly enough. He has helped me arrange an income protection policy which, for various reasons, turned out to be a much more complicated and lengthy process than initially expected.

Throughout it all, Liam has been absolutely fantastic. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise have been exceptional, but what stood out most was his patience and willingness to keep working through everything with me, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had.

He has been incredibly helpful, reassuring and approachable from start to finish, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process.

Fantastic all round. Roy was absolutely superb. Found me an amazing deal with BUPA that doesn’t break the bank, full coverage and covers pre-existing conditions.

The lady i spoke to was great ,she answered all my questiones that i asked and moore,she explained in plain English all about the policey and advised on which one should suite me.
