They act as if they want to help, but just try to scam as much money from you as possible.

Extortionate & Deceiving
It is very easy for someone new to applying for an ESTA to be misled into believing this is the official government site. Nowhere at the beginning of the process does it clearly state that the service costs $169. This only became apparent after I had already clicked through and paid doing my partners visa. Had I known the price upfront, I would never have proceeded with the application knowing it wasn’t legit as an ESTA is $21.
The way the information is presented feels deliberately deceiving, particularly as this site appears above the official government website in search results. It gives the impression of being the legitimate source, when in reality it is charging far more than the actual ESTA fee. This lack of transparency and the placement in search results is extremely misleading and unfair to customers.
Overall, I am not impressed and feel this should be addressed so that others are not caught out in the same way.

Mise à jour : J’ai finalement été remboursée le lendemain de ma demande d’annulation. J’ai pu faire une autre demande d’ESTA sur le site officiel qui a été validée en quelques heures.

I have been charged £127 for this despite them saying that the ESTA costs $21 USD. It is a scam. I have emailed to request a refund and the email has bounced back as 'undeliverable'.

The website is using search engine optimisation to bring this website up before the official site so that you think you are applying to the US government direct.
There is no mention of a fee when you first enter the site and the form that you are asked to complete ( the official form I think) advises that the fee for the ESTA visa is $21 but the company then charges you $139 seemingly for doing nothing.
Its very dishonest and I agree that the US government needs to step in and do something about this. As a tourist, your first experience of travelling to the US should not be being ripped off by a company based in the US trying to catch you out.
I will be asking for a refund and hope that honesty prevails.

What a disaster!
We applied for an ESTA for two people, assuming we'd pay the $21 you read online. The site was so "legitimate" that we fell for it too. I found out when the reservation was converted into a final payment.
People, beware! This is a scam! We, who are generally quite careful, fell for it too.
How can I get the difference back? ($236)

Zojuist een esta aangevraagd via deze site aangevraagd. Dacht te maken te hebben met een overheidsite. Geen bedrag gezien wat het zou kosten. Kost het 139 us dollar. Meteen op trustpilot gekeken en jahoor ik ben opgelicht. Lees dat je eem mail moet sturen om te annuleren, hopelijk trekken ze de betaling in.

Just filled in the form. Get the ESTA quick but read in the letter that it costs USD 139, while in the form itself is written a price of 21 USD. Why do I have to pay 118 USD extra, for a misleading website that seems to me to be official. I want my money back

Auch ich bin darauf hereingefallen. Die Seite wurde mir als erstes auf meiner Suche nach dem Esta Antrag angezeigt. Der Antrag war trotzallem aufwendig., Erst nach dem Bezahlen habe ich in meinem Onlinebanking gesehen, das mir 139 Dollar abgezogen werden.
Ich habe gleich den Widerruf, wie in den AGB geschrieben, per E-Mail gesendet und hoffe nun auf Rücküberweisung.

Auch ich dachte ich sei auf der offiziellen Seite und habe erst nach dem Abschicken bemerkt, dass ich mit 139 Dollar abgezockt wurde. Ich habe sofort eine Mail zurück geschrieben und um sofortige Rückerstattung gebeten. Sowas darf nicht sein. Es muss im Vorfeld ganz klar der Preis ersichtlich sein. Eine bodenlose Frechheit
Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Das war die erste Seite die bei mir auf Gooogle abgezeigt wurde also dachte ich wird schon passen und war auf die 22 Dollar eingestellt. Die Seite wirkte auch sehr seriös und ich gab die üblichen Angaben an. Plötzlich - ohne Bestellübersicht oder Angabe der Kosten - war die Bestellung abgeschlossen: Saftige 136 Dollar!! Ich bestehe darauf, dass mir das Geld rücküberwiesen wird. Hier wurde auch keine Hilfestellung geboten. Der Antrag war genau so aufwendig wie über die offizielle Seite.

buongiorno ho appena fatto la procedura ma mi sono accorta pure io che il costo di 139 USD è davvero una cosa assurda, ho scritto una mail e vorrei il blocco della procedura con accredito dei miei soldi. ho mandato una mail come è possibile in modo che possa richiedere ESTA sul sito ufficiale a 21 USD? grazie
