I'll keep this short and sweet. I've had two camera bags now from Vanguard. And their products are second to none. I find their bags very stylish, with excellent padded protection, and storage compartments. To mention also, the protective waterproof cover worked superbly, on my trip up in the Lake District. Vanguard will be my permanent go to, when it comes to camera bags. So thankyou!

Well start off a delivery service thats as fast as, next day delivery which i did not expect, a very pleasant surprise..the item i ordered was the Endeavor GM-70 Rifle Clamp - Large..very very well made product i ought have no problems with this at all..its just a shame all sellers are not like this on, i think they know what you need before you do !!!, can't recommend this seller enough..

Unfortunately, my old bins couldn't be repaired so they offered me a 30% discount. Chose a pair off the website, paid for them,then realised the discount had not been deducted. A quick phone call and it got sorted. Bins arrived 2 days later and very satisfied with them.

I bought the Endeavour gun slip from Vanguard which turned out to be much better quality than expected for the price compared to a lot of others I’ve seen. Had a minor delivery issue with FedEx (who hasn’t) but was solved quickly and efficiently by Emma. Will certainly buy from them again and have no hesitation recommending them to others. Very happy with purchase.

So many great things to say - but I think to highlight the most important ones.

I contacted Vanguard on a Friday morning asking if I ordered, what was the chance of getting the item delivered by early the following week - and they went above and beyond with the item arriving with me inside 24 hours! It's so so appreciated and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.

It was also so lovely receiving a helpful reply from a real person vs. being sent down a rabbit hole of contact forms that don't really work/AI chat solutions that don't really help.

The item itself (Vanguard Divider Bag 46) is also perfect. It's so well cushioned and protected. I previously had a Vanguard Bag 40 that I'd had for a few years and was perfect - but required a larger size! The 46 is spot on for me, it gives me the sectioned spacing that I need for some smaller items but also the added space for the larger items I now have!

I purchased the Vanguard VEO 3T 265CB from another retailer around 13 months ago. It was on offer at the time, and I had been looking for a more compact and lightweight setup after switching my camera gear—no longer needing a heavy, systematic tripod.
Earlier this year, I decided to use the tripod for macro photography and discovered that the low-angle adapter, which should have been included, was missing.
I reached out to Vanguard late on a Sunday night, and by Monday morning, I had already received a response. While they mentioned the part wasn’t available for purchase, they offered to look into a solution.
Shortly after, I received a follow-up email asking for my address—and to my surprise, they had already instructed the item to be shipped free of charge, even covering the postage and declining my offer to pay.
This is a perfect example of outstanding customer service, and I’m genuinely grateful for the prompt and generous support I received.

I had an older Vanguard camera backpack where the dividers were past their prime. Contacted Vanguard to asked to buy a replacement set they said "these dividers are not standard spares we keep, and we have none in the office". Expected that to be it :(
But was contacted again to say they would be able to send me replacements from some demo stock they held at no charge! :) In this day and age really appreciate someone to go above and beyond to help a customer. Great (unexpected) customer service!!

While the tripod/head came quickly and exchanged to a fault, I was advised whoever confirms faults visits on only 1 day a week.

I purchased a extra Strap and some quick release connectors for my VEO HD V1 binoculars as i like to have a strap on the case and the binoculars. The quality ,price , contact and delivery are all excellent, i will purchase from vanguard again🤓👍🏻
