I was extremely satisfied with my experience in store with the support and help from Dom he was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. I felt he went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble for him, we was very happy that we saved money and got an extra contract out very grateful of Dom

Came in to the Vodafone store in derby, I have been having issues with my current supplier and spoke to Jay and rubel who were so patient with me and helped me get a new deal and sorted my phone out after all the stress I have gone through they have really made my day!
