I called in today for some advice on using my vodaphone account abroad( roaming charges/data and battery usage abroad etc) Spoke with Mellisa who explained everying and even took time to write down some helpful hints for me. Friendly and helpful and really put my mind at rest.

Excellent customer service - Ryan spent lots of time ensuring I understood everything I was committing to. Ryan also made me and my dad feel very welcome.
