I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Gagan at the Vodafone store on Baker Street. From the moment I walked in, Gagan was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand my needs and made sure I found the perfect solution, explaining everything clearly and patiently. His customer service was outstanding — friendly, genuine, and above all, committed to making sure I left the store completely satisfied. Gagan turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Vodafone is lucky to have someone as dedicated and personable as him on their team. I highly recommend asking for Gagan if you want top-class service!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst Customer Service ever,rang Twice in Spain they hung up on me,Thursday after an Hour same,they hung up on me and Today almost 2 Hours of getting nowhere, they hung up again.
A Manager said they'd change my number,the Customer Service said no.
Also paid £12 for 25gb,only used 2gb then told I'd used all my data.
This Company is disgusting the way they treat paying customers.
Just to add,I was promised a call today at 9am,and nothing. They have no respect for any custo.ers.

The network is very week in many areas…
The network is very week in many areas in london even in the downtown.. it’s often turns from 5G to 4G with low speed .. to the extent i use my partner’s hotspot frequently who is on another network which is actually fare cheaper than vodafone
