Support is absolutely useless
Support is absolutely useless. you talk to robot which doesn't understand what I'm saying. After about two hours eventually I get through to a person . there is no email no telephone number that I could find and then that person can't help me because they can't find my account yet take money from me for three years.support useless and price increase coming.twice my original fee.

Deeply disappointed with Vodafone
I am deeply disappointed with Vodafone. A simple mistake by a shop vendor has spiralled into a complex nightmare, spawning two accounts from one order. Despite spending hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, I've faced nothing but inefficiency and unresponsiveness. Their inability to fix this glaring issue has been a frustrating experience. I urge everyone to scrutinize their transactions closely at the shop and ensure everything is correct before leaving. Think twice before choosing Vodafone and/or this shop.
Remark: Following Vodafone's response, just FYI, I spent 2 hours on the phone with you, so I'm not sure how contacting your Facebook support would help. You have my account/email, so please don't hesitate to solve the issue and/or contact me.
