A very happy customer

Extremely happy with the customer service at the Vodafone shop on Strand. I have come here multiple times over the last 6 months and have been extremely impressed by Kai - his knowledge and his very helpful attitude

worst diservice ever,systems and staff not fit for purpose,15 staff interactions later matter not resolved,lied to and promises unfulfilled,monies STOLEN by vodafone still not explained.

Happy to help and expeditious

The young woman who helped me appeared happy to assist and quickly accomplished what I was unable to do myself using the VOXI app. I was grateful for her help

I might add that I would appreciate it if Vodaphone would adapt VOXI to accommodate non-UK addresses when making purchases. The postal code field needs to be more flexible.
