High quality and great tasting for a low price. Will definitely keep buying!

I’ve been a loyal VPA customer for years and have always loved their collagen powder, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.
In early October, I received a faulty tub of collagen powder that contained visible dark clumps in the powder and a black sticky, hardened residue on the scoop, making it unsafe to consume. I contacted VPA’s customer service on October 9, and they initially replied promptly on October 10, asking for photos. I sent the requested images and details the same day.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-ups (October 13 and 22) and have received no further response at all. It’s now nearly two months later, and I’ve been completely ignored.
It’s disappointing that a company I’ve supported for years shows no responsibility or communication when it comes to a potential product quality issue. The lack of follow-up or replacement — despite clear evidence and repeated polite emails — reflects very poorly on their customer service.
I’m leaving this review so others are aware that VPA may not respond or take accountability if something goes wrong with your order!

I have been a customer of VPA for many years and absolutely love their products. Always a pleasant experience, fast delivery.. I highly recommend this company.

Ordering was quick and easy. Shipping was very quick even though I expected it to take a little longer due to a sale. The new Mocha flavour is great!

The article you linked to is irrelevant.
Even the article clearly states this only affects whey protein.
This doesn’t explain the huge jump in cost of everything else over the past 2 months.
Look at the Waxy Maize for example. Another product that jumped by almost 25% and even more when you consider the bulk discounts.
So please don’t disguise these price increases as anything other than greed.
Lowered the rating even further to one star after this unsatisfactory response,

Used to be good value, but 25% price jump from one order to the next.
Will look elsewhere in future.

The product is great.

I find the flavours to be enjoyable and the powder mixers very well, unlike other major brands.

The delivery is fast.

Have been loyal to another Aussie competitor in the market but felt it was time for a change.
Purchased the WPI Sample pack which I love because I get to try all the different flavours with a view to buying some bags of my favourites! Customer Service is top notch and so far I’m loving the texture and quality of these products!

The service I received was excellent. One of the bags I ordered was cut at the top with the powder leaking into the bag and into my floor. I emailed and received a response quickly and the replacement was delivered two days later!

When I wanted to return unopened products for a refund I couldn’t. And when returning items through post it was quite expensive ($30) due to weight so I am out of pocket by a lot. Shame because I have ordered from VPA for years and like the products but this has turned me off.
