Still waiting for delivery 10+ days after order. Tracking pretty much useless, acknowledging delivery is "stuck" in transit but no idea when it's going to be delivered. Fed up chasing it.

VPA protein is consistently excellent
VPA protein is consistently excellent, I've been using it for years. I use their Bussin intra for my workouts which is very tasty and i wanted to try the ZMA recovery blend. This is the only VPA product i haven't liked, very very sweet, not for me I'm afraid.

Delivery time was good.
Only criticism is that it would be nice if it was a bit cheaper in price.
Also, I was going to buy another VPA 500ml shaker, but they only had rugby branded ones and I don’t follow the teams represented.

Shipping and delivery beat the stated target date which would have been great already! Your return policy for taste preferences could be eliminated if you had taster samples to order. I imagine that you have already looked at this business case?

Tastes horrible
Quality might be good, but the peanut butter flavoured whey iso tastes so bad I just feel it is like torture drinking it.

Sucralose worries me
Well this is my first order from VPA and it arrived quickly. The chocolate isolate tasted great. The Banana is not the ‘bliss’ portrayed. I am yet to try the Vanilla.
The thing that disappoints is that whilst the product is packed in Australia it states on the pack that only 10% of the ingredients come from Australia. The other problem I noted is ‘ Sucralose’ which I have read up on and I’m not comfortable with this artificial sweetener. Whilst I am happy enough with what I bought I doubt I will buy it again because of the Sucralose content. I’m not sure what this stuff does to my body.

We understand your concerns around sucralose and ingredient sourcing. Our protein powders are sweetened with sucralose to keep carbohydrates and fats as low as possible, which is something many of our customers look for when choosing a clean, performance-focused protein.
Sucralose has been thoroughly reviewed by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) and is approved for use at regulated levels in Australia and New Zealand. Based on current scientific evidence, regulatory authorities consider it safe for consumption within accepted daily intake guidelines.
