The whole process was very straightforward from my first call to VW. Its so important to have that personal touch and I was dealt with by Dominic, who was friendly, professional and efficient throughout. The systems they have, re deposits, payment etc., are very simple and efficient, allowing for time saving during future visits. Dominic was also able to give me a free upgrade to a Golf, which was a pleasure to drive.

From the I rang to enquire, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price quoted was very reasonable and the car itself was very clean and tidy and very smooth to drive.

Excellent customer service from Domenic and the hiring process was quick and simple. The Tiguan was almost brand new with only 5000 miles and very clean inside and out. The best part is the price, way cheaper than the other local companies and you actually get the car you requested. Will 100% use again in the future. 5 stars.
