Nothing against washme, just the selfish inconsiderate lady who turned up in her car to take her washing out the big machine whilst I was waiting patiently for over half an hour to use it and instead of having the decency to ask me if I was waiting to use the said machine - why else would I be parked at the side of it sitting in my car? I waited whilst I thought she was unloading the machine but oh no, she then reloaded the machine with another load of her washing before driving off again. She very cunningly parked her car in between so I didn't realise what she had done until it was too late else I would have had words.

Cost was ridiculous for a small load. The spin dry didn’t go close. Took an hour of drying time to dry. Never again.

This is the second time I have attempted to use a Wash Me facilty at Monks Way in Milton Keynes, and its the second time it was "offline" I suspect it never gets serviced or fixed and is a waste of time, I ended up washing my quilt at a local launderette and it turned out to be 5 quid cheaper

Convenient and human focused / first business.

Had an issue with the dryer, and it was late at night, Whatsapp support got back as soon as they started in the morning, sorted the issue, and refunded my money,

Agent was polite, courteous and fast to help, even though I was working they replied to all my messages instantly and resolved and refunded money.

Extremely good company, highly recommend using their services.

Due to my kitchen being renovated I have had to use this daily a number of times. People should not be allowed to wash their horse blankets, there is so much debris left in the washing machine. There is a bag of clothes been sat on the floor for a week. These machines should be monitored better.

I didn't read the reviews before I used the machines so you may say I was just lucky but I have no complaints at all. I washed and dried a cream coloured Dorma bedspread which was really well spun and not creased. Gave it 30 minutes on the lowest drying heat and it was nice and dry for airing. All in all it was a great experience!

First of all it's not the cheapest (but It was supposed to be a 1 off for me so 🤷) however after using it once I put a second wash in and it wouldn't accept payment. I tried 3 cards (and yes they all had money in ) so then i message the whatsapp help number (dont k ow why they called it that coz i got no response) so then you have to unload the washer to go elsewhere..... plus this is a new wash just installed....good job 😠 😡

Really bad experience. Payed 11£ and the machine had an error after around 10 minutes. Everything soaking wet, so we had to pay another 11£ to wash it in the next machine. It was 16:45 and the 24/7 customer service couldn’t be reached per telephone. Finally we reached someone over WhatsApp. But we were informed that we cannot get any refund if we don’t have a UK bank account, which we don’t because we’re on holiday. Reached out again and again with different suggestions (maybe a voucher etc.) but no help was offered. We payed with credit card and I am stunned that it is allowed to not be able to get a refund via the same paying method we used to pay for the service in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend!

I visited a campsite where the self service laundrette was located at the entrance. I thought I’d give it a try! I had a small issue but have been faced with absolutely fantastic customer service to rectify it. Would use again and can recommend.

Used the 20kg machine for a double duvet. It came out looking like new. £11 well spent. Now drying nicely in the sun. Would definitely use again. I was thinking of getting a new one as it's too big to wash at home, saved it going to landfill.

Awful. I was left with a sopping wet dirty duvet after spending 11 pounds. A local then told me it had happened to them, an engineer had gone out and declared the machine to be working perfectly well!

This is the second time I have used this service.

Even with a prewash, a main wash and a sanitiser it doesn’t quite get the wash clean. It could do with the option of an hour long wash cycle and a stronger detergent.

I decided to use for first time a WashMe machine that is close by property. Having followed all the instructions and paid for the wash I awaited my wash complete message. When it arrived I went to retrieve my wash. The door would not open and the screen (which is not anti glare and impossible to read in sunlight) had an error message of sorts on it.
Because this was after 17.00 I could not speak to customer services.
Upon my return to the machine from my home the door did open.
But when I took the clothing out they were covered in a powder residue and absolutely soaking wet and most definitely a wash was not performed. So much water was still present it was difficult to carry to the house.
I am looking forward to tomorrow when I will demand a full refund for what was nothing more than a waste of my time and energy.

Don't bother using the dry cycle at Denton manchester. 15 minute cycle on very hot and it was still wet. Put another 15 minute cycle on and they was damp. Use other Laundrettes before using these that are located in morrisons. Yes easy access and open all hours but these do not dry your clothing. I will return back to other Laundrettes than using these ever again.

Great in theory but useless in practice.
There was a problem with the contactless payment device and it was impossible to get any help. Customer service hours are rubbish IF you can even manage to find a number anywhere.

Used today for the first time. Clothes ended up locked inside their 18kg washing machine. Phoned customer service and they told me it was the sites responsibility. Spoke to one of the clerks at the garage, he confirmed the machines have been nothing but trouble. Took my details and said he would contact me when the engineer arrives. I’m out of pocket £13 pounds and clothes are still stuck in the machine. Asked for compensation directly from Washme and they stated it’s not our responsibility, I would need to request that from the site where the machines are.

While support was quick to respond when my clothes were locked in their machine - I opened the machine to find I'd wasted £7 - the clothes smelt worse than when I put them in and they looked just as filthy! I didn't expect them to clean my clothes perfectly, but I didn't expect them to be in worse condition.

I have just moved home and am waiting for m washing machine to get fitted, I used the one in Perry common outside Londis and I thought it was great, I used the 20 kg washing machine for £11 and then the 20kg dryer, clothes were washed and dried perfectly although I did add some off my own persil tabs in as I had read that the detergent included is not too good, I got a text message 5 minutes before the programme ended. I would definitely use again if needed. It was very clean and well maintained.
