Answering the market’s ongoing need for convenience and control over washing larger bulks and bigger items, Wash Me is the only laundry service that is able to put the power of washing back in the customer’s hands. Wash Me offer rapid solutions for customers on the go, delivering consistently perfect washes through its 9kg and 20kg drums; perfect for clothes, duvets and cushions. Every machine provides eco-friendly solutions through optional solar panels, automatic light sensors that turn off and on depending on customer vicinity, and free eco-friendly detergent included in each wash. As well as washing, the dryer provides options for your laundry depending on temperature and material type. Aligned with the company’s wider mission of Making Easy work of everyday tasks, Wash Me machines are designed to automate as much of the process as possible. If a customer leaves their laundry unattended, the machine will remain locked until the time has elapsed. A free of charge text reminder is also sent to the customer’s device a few minutes before the wash has finished, and payments are easier than ever with machines now accepting contactless payment.

I’ve had no washing machine since the 3rd December and have used the washing machines in Rumford maddiston they are great machines and have been great to use while I’ve had no washing machine which is due to get fixed on Thursday fingers crossed,

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, fast and friendly response with full refund when the dryer did not dry my clothes. This is rare as the machines usually work perfectly.

ME Group were most helpful. I managed to get a refund after the machine took my money and wouldn’t work. Took a while and emails going back and forth but we got there.

Zo jammer het wassen ging perfect maar…
Zo jammer het wassen ging perfect maar het drogen helaas niet €35 verder natte schone was. Maar hiervoor had ik wel drogen was verwacht. Nu naar een ander plek gereden om te kijken of het hier wel lukt. Zonde zag er namelijk top uit.
