Used their website for the first time. All was great, the products are a good quality and were delivered on time.
Will definitely use again...

I have been burned too many times by this company's "next day" delivery service. They claim next day delivery if ordered by 9pm (which would be impressive) and they charge a fee for this service but yet again I find myself waiting nearly a week for my "next day" delivery. You can't phone them up either - I'll be buying my irrigation components elsewhere from now on. I now see others are having the same issues.

Order never arrived. Opened a support ticket and they assured me it was shipped, but no delivery..

Not sure if it's a scam, may have to file a chargeback soon..

£200 order and paid for next day delivery. Get advise 2 days later would be delivered. Not good. Then the deliver is cancelled. Next day. Then again. So no me 5 days later no goods and no delivery date.

Customer service ? A joke. You can't call them. Email they sometimes bother to answer with it is out for delivery. Immediate reply - they just cancelled again and nothing. Now emailed 3 times no reply. Call Evri. Well they don't have phone support either. So I have been charged. No goods. No idea if they will ever arrive and no reply from the company to resolve the issue.

I have used them for years. All well until it goes wrong and they could not care less.

Delivery in less than 24 hours. Well boxed and precisely what we ordered..

I ordered lateral tubing and a pack of thread adaptors but one or two leaked. Not hopeful but I emailed Customer support for comments and got a quick response asking for a video which I sent by return. They then said I'd be better with barbed adaptors and said they send a pack FOC with no carriage for delivery the following day. They worked a treat - a very happy, grateful and more importantly loyal Customer for "above and beyond" service.

Have just bought a 150m heavy duty hose reel and not only are half the screws missing, it came without an attachment to fit the hose (not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act) and without a specification as to what attachment is needed. And no phone number to resolve. Don’t touch with a barge pole or a garden hose!

purchased a garden hose from them about 3 weeks ago and now won’t stop emailing me. Been emailed atleast 5 times now about buying more garden hoses?

It’s spam and very annoying. I’ve unsubscribed to their emails and just received another email. Hence the 1 star review.

Bought ACO Galvanised Steel Grating 1m for HexDrain and RainDrain recently. They arrived promptly and great price. Fitted perfectly.

I did not hold out a lot of hope but after almost 2 years a multi tap water distributer failed and so I contacted their customer services department. After providing all information to them they agreed to send out a replacement unit. It was sent out yesterday by express delivery and received today! Excellent response and I am extremely satisfied by the prompt and positive response which is rare in this day and age. Many thanks indeed.14/01/2025.

We've bought HydroSure home irrigation piping, connectors and timers from this company several times, their prices are good and delivery is very quick.

I bought some grating for my drive. Firstly, this was the best price I could find on the whole Internet. And then I ordered it Saturday and had it in my hand by Monday afternoon. How do they even do that? Fabulous service

I experienced a slight glitch with the water timer I had bought as part of an irrigation package in which the timer could be programmed for the left but not the right hand feed. Toni from Customer Services responded immediately to my email and couriered a replacement to me within 48 hours. Great customer service,

I had a dreadful experience with a return item. Water irrigation acknowledges they could see on a document the item was sent but they hadn’t received it yet. Water irrigation credited the goods in good faith. Almost no business will credit the item before the goods arrive in their hands. I am grateful water irrigation understood my dilemma and won my confidence back.

Great product (Eco hexdrain) and super fast delivery service

Order placed on next day delivery which was expensive but worked well. Kit disappointing as the wretched reel leaked at both ends. Reported this and was told washers would be sent that day. They weren’t. Contacted again as the lead hose also had no rubber washer. Ugh! At the price I paid there must be better hose reels. To receive a promotional 20% off voucher the say after tge washers finally arrived rubbed salt into the wounds. Caveat emptor!

7 galvanised.steel gratings ordered to replace plastic gratings installed with GRP drainage channel 5 years. Plastic gratings damaged by goods delivery vehicles.
My concerns about installation were unfounded as the gratings fitted well into the existing channel.
Order was processed without problems and
the drainage system allied to the properties parking bay is now looks the business.
