While Customer Service was responsive. Wave's pricing is opaque and when asked for details and confirmation of charges information was not provided. Also link to disconnect supply did not work and as yet not provided over email.

The call back system you have is a huge help, not having to hang on to speak to an advisor.

We needed to update account details, but its not possible to change your account name. Logged a 'live chat' request. After a short wait of around 5mins I had a nice conversation with Tracey. She did a few checks and was able to do the requested updates. So I'm very happy at not needing to be 'on hold' for ages, and would use the chat request again.
