Viewed a caravan on Sunday 16 October at the Dome and because the keys were not available viewing could not be completed. Paid a holding deposit of R5000 with the clear agreement that it will be refunded if I am not satisfied. On Monday 17 October I viewed again and the deal was cancelled. I was informed that it will take 2 to 3 working days for the refund to reflect in my bank account.
Great was my surprise when I received a call on Wednesday 19 October from a lady called Amanda from Accounts asking when am I going to pay the outstanding amount.
Since then this whole issue has become a nightmare and I simply cannot get my money back. The sales person Andries Theunissen and his manager Dylan Bakker has been extremely helpful and willing to assist.
The same cannot be said about your Accounts division. They are worse than useless and does not respond to anything or make any attempt to refund my deposit.
Seems to me that once they have your money you can go to hell.
I simply cannot get my deposit back.

I was fully approved to buy the car but you guys never gave me any feedback... You are so unprofessional and you don't deserve to be given any chance in place of work. People must not bother to buy cars from the dome. i will always give my 5 stars to midstream branch.

Absolutely worst service.I purchased an A200 and paid cash. Was sold a faulty car. Gearbox failure after 2 days of purchase. Car went into workshop twice. we eventually returned the car after 1 month for a full refund. I was told I would receive payment in 3 days. It's now 8 days and still haven't received my money. You cannot get any response from them. do not reply to emails. don't return calls. Managers at the call centre dont want to speak to customers. You sometimes on hold for more than 10 minutes and no answer. you basically get the run around.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WE BUY CARS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bought a suzuki jimny cash at Germiston branch. Sent paperwork ahead of time to confirm everthing was in order. Mohamed O was excellent, but the lady behind the GLASS WINDOW not helpful at all. NOTHING was good enough for a proof of residence. Not even a certified letter from my Auditor to certify my address. After 5 hours we received the car. The Decra report is still (8/10/22) not loaded on the system to inspect, although i had to sign a paper that i thoroughly went through it, and on our way back to Witbank, we got a flat tyre -not even a jack in the car. We was promised a free decra roadworthy vehicle test, but that is also not loaded on the system yet. Vehicle license already expired in march, and we had no permits to drive the vehicle for "hopefully" another 21 days. Not satisfied AT ALL

I contacted We buy cars and was informed by the consultant that I would require proof of payment via the bank for payment of the vehicle. In my case, the vehicle was bought from my brother who owed me cash. I have all documents, log books, id, residential address and proof of sale available. However, this was not good enough.Terrible service, really.
I would rather sell my vehicle privately.

I bought a hyndai i20 in October 2021 , it is a financed car now the car it's giving me problems the car it's over heating , l don't know what to do anymore , what's painful is that am still paying for the instalment yet the car its packed at my garage. none of these people wants to help me , it was nice when i was buying the car from them , if l knew this would turn out like this , i wouldn't have went to that midstream dealership .

After the excellent service we received at JHB South branch, we unfortunately could not find what we wanted, and had to go to WeBuyCars Silver Lakes. Due to traffic we arrived there a few minutes after 17:00 and the sales man, very rudely took us to the vehicle we enquired about. After he fetched the key and started the vehicle, we wanted to test drive the vehicle and it was an issue. We have the cash and enquired about only one vehicle. From the start the sales man was very rude and very unhelpful. We dont know if our money is not good enough for the business. As of this moment and with this bad experience from this one branch WeBuyCars will never again be recommended by us to anyone. Or see us again.

Worse experience as I found issues before reaching home. Returned the car immediately (within 45 minutes). Gues what, their mechanic confirmed that it was not declared in the Dekra report. They dont want to fix the car or cancel the purchase. Since the car is still with them, they want me to take it back

I was the 1st person to enquire about a vehicle that i was looking for a long time at the Brackengate branch at 10:30 in the morning ..the salesman said to me the car is available and I should send him a copy of my id and he will call me back which he never did..At 12:15 he sends a video of the car which is still available at that time...After sending a copy of my id to him, he sends me a msg at 1pm saying someone else has come who interested and I will just have to wait second in line..I spoken to all the managers but to no avail...Any one got any suggestions please...The car is Volvo c30 D2...

They are only getting a 1 star due to the chap who dealt with me was professional and courteous. They valued my car at £760 online, I knew I wasn't going to get this but I definitely expected more than the £85 that was offered. Shocking company.

I would never recommend we buy cars to anyone with there bad, terrible and bad service they gave me I bought a cars the and the next day I returned it cause it's over heating. Guess what the sales man Byran Hall in PE brunch recommended that we take the cars and return it if it's going that and we did but now they don't want to take it back or pay to have it fixed since they knew that this was gonna happen. Just be very careful
Be careful of this company's ethics....I bought a car from them about 6 weeks ago, saw a new one and wanted to trade-in....they offered me less than my asking price because of paint work, the same paint work they sold the car as is.

I had professional paint repairs dine as well, so they actually manipulate you, well management do.

Anyway, just be careful, remember that management does care about you they care about their stats.

NEVER TRUST WE BUY CARS EPPING MANAGEMENT they provide shocking staff care, shocking client/customer service and fail to be genuine but then they earn well fir treating people with utter disrespect.
